The South African edition of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! is returning for its second all-stars season, and the cast has been announced.
Filmed last year, former contestants from the popular ITV show ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ returned to the jungle in South Africa. They faced tough challenges and harsh conditions, all competing to be named the ultimate ‘I’m a Celebrity’ champion.
The spin-off show’s first season premiered in 2023, with Myleene Klass winning and becoming its first ‘Legend’. Now, after three years, the South African version is back! Twelve celebrities are taking part, with eight starting in the camp immediately and two more joining in the first episode. Further late arrivals will happen later in the series.
This season’s group of contestants includes actors, famous TV stars, popular musicians, Olympic champions, and two people who have won the show before.

Adam Thomas is famous for his role as Donte Charles on the TV show Waterloo Road. He first became well-known to many when he competed on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2016, finishing in third place.
Ashley Roberts

Age: 44
Job: Singer and radio presenter
Instagram: @iamashleyroberts
Okay, so Ashley Roberts first really hit the spotlight as one of the Pussycat Dolls – you definitely remember them, they were huge from 2003 to 2010! But I was surprised to learn she was also on ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ back in 2012. She did incredibly well, actually, coming in second place – only beaten by Charlie Brooks, who ended up being crowned Queen of the Jungle. A fun fact about a multi-talented performer!
Ashley believes her appearance on the ITV show launched her career in the UK. She’s been a DJ for Heart Radio since 2019.
Scarlett Moffatt

Age: 35
Job: TV presenter
Instagram: @scarlettmoffatt
Scarlett Moffatt first gained popularity on the show Gogglebox, which led to opportunities as a TV presenter. She famously won I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2016 and has returned to the show, openly sharing that she needs the prize money to renovate her bathroom.
David Haye

Age: 45
Job: Boxer
Instagram: @davidhaye
David Haye finished third on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ in 2012, earning him a bronze medal and plenty of attention – including headlines about his nude shower in the jungle.
Beverley Callard

Age: 68
Job: Actress
Instagram: @beverleycallard
Beverley Callard, famous for her role as Liz McDonald on Coronation Street, previously appeared on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! during the pandemic, meaning she spent her time in a cold and uncomfortable castle in Wales. The 68-year-old actress is now receiving treatment for breast cancer, but she had already filmed her scenes for the new season before starting treatment.
Seann Walsh

Age: 40
Job: Comedian
Instagram: @seannwalsh
Comedian Seann Walsh was a contestant on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2022, appearing alongside stars like Chris Moyles, Jill Scott (who eventually won the series), and MP Matt Hancock.
Sinitta

Age: 62
Job: Pop icon
Instagram: @thesinittaofficial
Sinitta previously appeared on the ITV show fifteen years ago, but was eliminated early as the second contestant voted off. Now she’s returned, hoping to stay in the competition much longer this time.
Sir Mo Farah

Age: 42
Job: Olympic legend
Instagram: @sirmofarah
Olympic gold medalist Sir Mo Farah finished fifth on the 2020 season of the reality show, ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’
Gemma Collins

Age: 45
Job: TV personality
Instagram: @gemmacollins
I remember when Gemma Collins first went on ‘I’m a Celebrity’ about 12 years ago, back in 2014 – it definitely wasn’t a smooth ride for her. She really struggled with the experience.
She used to be easily frightened and often cried, but she decided to return to the show hoping to overcome her fears. She described appearing on the South African edition as the best choice she’d ever made.
Craig Charles

Age: 61
Job: Actor and DJ
Instagram: @craigcharlesfunkandsoul
Craig Charles, known for his roles as David Lister in Red Dwarf and Lloyd Mullaney in Coronation Street, previously had to leave the show after just four days in 2014 when his brother unexpectedly passed away. He’s back this year hoping to fully experience being on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
Jimmy Bullard

Age: 47
Job: Ex-footballer
Instagram: @1jimmybullard
Jimmy Bullard is widely known as one of the most hilarious contestants ever on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’. In 2014, he became close friends with Carl Fogarty during their time on the show, and Fogarty ultimately won the competition.
Harry Redknapp

Age: 79
Job: Football manager
Instagram: @harryredknapp
Harry Redknapp is returning to ‘I’m a Celebrity,’ this time as a late arrival to the South Africa series. He previously won the show in 2018, becoming its oldest ever winner at the age of 71 – a record he still holds.
