Please be aware that this article contains spoilers for the Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo manga! After six months, Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo has come to an end, resolving the conflict between the Simurians and sorcerers. The final battle doesn’t have a clear winner; instead, Maru steps in and starts a ritual to bring peace between the two sides. Yuji Itadori played a key role in helping him, even though it meant taking a big risk. Yuji accepts the consequences of their actions, knowing they’ve committed a serious offense. Ultimately, the story ends positively with the conflict resolved and a hopeful outlook for the future. With Chapter 25 marking the end of the series, the final volume will be released on May 1st, 2026.
Currently, the new releases are only available in Japan, as Viz Media hasn’t yet translated the sequel series. Along with Volume 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, a special coloring book will be released on the same day. This book features 36 illustrations by creator Gege Akutami, focusing on the Hidden Inventory/Premature Death and Shibuya Incident arcs, which were both part of Season 2. Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo May Not Be Over In Chapter 25

From the start, Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo was planned as a brief follow-up manga, intended to last around six months and consist of only three volumes. Even with the series becoming incredibly popular, creator Gege Akutami kept to this original plan, leaving some plot points unresolved. The manga ends with a significant cliffhanger: Kyouko is happy that Yuka was saved, even though she’s heartbroken about her own romantic life. She instantly fell in love with Dabura, and he hinted that he felt the same way about her.
The story concludes with the girls turning to see a new arrival, and their surprised expressions suggest it’s Dabura coming to visit Kyouko, though this isn’t explicitly stated. The ending hints at a follow-up, similar to the main story, with four short chapters in the final volume, each focusing on a different character. The original ending left some mysteries, but these were largely answered in the epilogue’s four parts.
It’s possible the Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo series will leave some questions unanswered, similar to the main story. Beyond the cliffhanger ending, we still don’t know what happened to Iori Okkotsu after Yuka was born – his reasons for leaving, his talk with Yuji, and where he is now remain a mystery. However, since Yuji is now pursuing a different direction and trying to avoid affecting the current timeline, we might get some closure through an epilogue if Akutami and Iwasaki decide to create one.
