Next week on Coronation Street, Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon) faces exposure as Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) appears to tell someone all about her inappropriate behavior.
The latest trailer, released over the weekend, depicts the family of Will Driscoll (played by Lucas Hodgson Wale) responding to Sam’s revelation about their romantic involvement.
After Todd Grimshaw and Theo Silverton split up, Theo resorts to another awful tactic. While they’re at the Viaduct Bistro, someone secretly puts drugs in Todd’s drink…
What is his game plan?
I’m really getting invested in the storylines on Coronation Street right now! I’m a bit worried for Alya – it looks like someone might find out about her chats with her former boss, Rich, and that could cause some serious trouble. Plus, Kit’s understandably shaken up that Mal Roper has woken up. It feels like that’s going to stir up a whole lot of drama!
Here’s a look at everything happening in Coronation Street between Monday 16 and Friday 20 March.
5 Coronation Street spoilers for next week
1. The walls close in on paedophile Megan Walsh

People become worried about Sam when Nina tells Eva he’s been acting strangely. He hasn’t been eating and is noticeably trembling.
Eva went to see how Sam was doing when Megan unexpectedly showed up. Sam was instantly frightened and pushed his way past both of them, running outside. Eva started after him, calling his name, but he suddenly fell to the ground and lost consciousness.
Despite everything, Megan quickly pulls out her phone to call an ambulance.

At the hospital, Leanne carefully tries to understand what’s truly bothering Sam. She doesn’t believe exam stress is the sole reason he started using drugs and encourages him to be honest. Just as Sam is about to explain everything, Eva walks in.
As the week progresses, Megan finds herself under increasing stress, while Sam’s family unites to stand by him. However, a surprising revelation from Megan’s past is about to surface, deeply affecting the Driscoll family.

As the real story comes to light, Daniel confronts Megan, needing to understand what their relationship is now.
Has her abuse of Will been exposed?
2. Kit Green worries as Mal Roper wakes from his coma

At the police station, Lisa questioned Kit about the violent attack on Mal Roper, but he wouldn’t reveal any information.
When Lisa shares news of a new witness, Kit tries to conceal his worry. He rushes outside the station to find the witness first, but the man immediately identifies him as Mal’s attacker.
Is this the end of his policing career?
The situation becomes more urgent when Lisa shares the news that Mal has woken up. Kit immediately goes to the hospital, eager to ask him about the attack.

3. Alya Nazir’s secret casts a shadow over her relationship with Adam Barlow

Adam shared some exciting news at the law firm: Jenna Mackie, one of Fabian’s most important clients, is planning to switch to their firm. Alya responded with a forced smile, making it obvious she wasn’t happy about it.
Adam confidently tells Alya he’s going to meet with Jenna, hoping to show her she made the correct choice. Alya has doubts, but she doesn’t say anything.
Later, Alya and I finally managed to negotiate a deal with Rich at Fabian’s – it was a relief! But honestly, that feeling didn’t stick around for very long, and things quickly took a turn.
Adam checked his phone and immediately turned pale, announcing that the company’s email system had been hacked. Before they could fully process the news, Ronnie burst in, enraged about a leaked message involving Debbie.
Honestly, as a total soap opera fan, I was on the edge of my seat when Rich basically told Alya that Adam was in serious trouble. He didn’t sugarcoat anything – Adam’s already walking on thin ice, and one wrong move could be it!
4. George Shuttleworth is in a bad way over the smear campaign

George, who runs the funeral home, is increasingly stressed as negative rumors about his business continue to spread.
Christina directly told George and Todd that they need to start taking action and defending themselves, or the situation will only get more difficult.
Will they heed her advice?
5. Theo Silverton drugs Todd Grimshaw as he prepares to leave

It absolutely broke my heart watching Todd as Theo came to pick up his things – it really drove home how over they were. I was rooting for him, so Sarah tried to cheer him up with lunch, which was sweet. But honestly, it just made things worse! They ended up at the same place, and Todd saw Theo with this incredibly attractive guy. It was a tough moment, to say the least.
Glenda later encourages Todd to move on from Theo and begin dating again. Feeling more confident after talking to her, Todd tells Theo that he might be right – perhaps it’s best if they both start fresh.
Theo is intentionally causing trouble by openly flirting with Sean. When Todd reveals Glenda set him up on a date, Theo clearly isn’t pleased.

Todd is going on a blind date, and Theo is at Gary’s birthday party. Theo’s trying to act like he doesn’t mind that his ex is now dating someone else, and he’s being very loud and cheerful about it.
Then Theo surprised Todd with more news: he was thinking about moving to Belfast to start fresh. Todd was heartbroken, but Theo seemed secretly happy about it.
The next day, Theo discovers James encouraging Todd before the marathon. While Todd is distracted by a phone call, Theo secretly adds something to his drink.
What exactly is he planning?
