6 EastEnders spoilers for next week
1. Mark Fowler ropes Lauren Beale into a dodgy scheme

It’s Mother’s Day in Albert Square, and Lauren and Peter are preparing to celebrate with the Beale family at No.45. Before the festivities, Lauren is focused on finalizing a car sale, hoping to get it done before lunchtime. However, things get tricky when a buyer wants to test drive the vehicle – Lauren immediately says no, remembering her car was stolen just the week before.
Max noticed the uncomfortable interaction and immediately stepped in to support his daughter, which also allowed him to join the family get-together.
Peter tried to surprise Lauren and make her day special, but things quickly went wrong, leading to a big argument and Max leaving in anger.

With Max out of the picture, Mark saw his chance and approached Lauren with an appealing business deal centered around high-end cars. She accepted, having no idea there was a hidden, more dangerous side to the arrangement.
Okay, so things start looking good when Lauren manages to drive one of Mark’s cars without a hitch. But then Max gets a little suspicious and starts poking around at the paperwork, and Lauren quickly assures him everything is legit. It’s a tense moment, you know? Like, is she telling the truth, or is something fishy going on?
Later, she mentors Priya as she starts selling cars, and the two become friends. However, their connection is interrupted when Callum shares troubling news: the classic car stolen during Lauren’s robbery has been found, and a number of other expensive cars in the neighborhood have disappeared without a trace.

With her eyebrow firmly raised, Lauren decides to confront Mark.
Is he responsible?
Lauren and Peter met another parent with a visually impaired baby and talked about a specialized nursery that might benefit Jimmy. Unfortunately, they discovered the nursery was very expensive, and they realized they would need to ask their families for financial assistance.

2. Desperate Bea Pollard commits fraud

Linda is already feeling sensitive as Mother’s Day approaches, and she’s upset that Johnny has been avoiding her. She’s planning to spend the day with Elaine at The Vic, but things get complicated when she unexpectedly has to include Bea in the celebrations.
Things quickly fall apart between Elaine and Bea, starting with subtle jabs about finances, and ending with Bea angrily leaving.
Bea, feeling stressed about money at the Mitchells’ home, tries to get a credit card. When her application is denied, she makes a surprising and risky decision: she applies for one using Honey’s name.

It was so sad seeing Billy, Janet, and Will come home without Honey – she was busy taking care of her Aunt Caroline, which was really sweet of her. But things quickly turned a little chaotic at our place! I was honestly horrified to realize just how much food I’d gone through – I’d practically eaten everyone out of house and home! It was a bit embarrassing, to say the least.
She was determined to show everyone what she could do, so she promised herself she’d find a job by the end of the day. She succeeded, landing a position at McKlunky’s just as a fake credit card was delivered.
Billy starts to feel uncomfortable when Harvey points out Bea’s intense interest in his family. Things get worse when Billy gets upset with her for taking it too far by scheduling a weekend job for Will at Harry’s Barn.
3. Jean Slater returns with a fresh outlook

Jean is back in Walford after a visit with Lynne, but it’s obvious she and Zoe haven’t resolved their issues stemming from the Jasmine situation. Jean feels her family didn’t listen to her warnings about Jasmine’s dangerous behavior.
After hearing Zoe upset on the phone with Kat, Jean decides to follow Alfie’s suggestion and try to resolve things.
She reached out to Zoe in a gesture of peace, and they started to repair their damaged relationship.
4. Josh Goodwin and mum Sandra arrive in Walford

Denise and Kim become worried when they learn a woman named Sandra has been inquiring about Jasmine. Concerned for Patrick’s safety, they immediately try to protect him, but they soon discover the real story.
Sandra’s secret is revealed: she’s Zoe’s son Josh’s adoptive mother. She shares her story of raising Josh and their relationship with Jasmine. However, things get complicated when Josh unexpectedly shows up, intent on finding his mother.
Josh and Sandra meet up with Denise and Kim at The Albert pub while Josh tries to find out more about Jasmine. But the conversation takes a turn when Denise unintentionally brings up Zoe.

A furious Josh storms out, making it clear he wants nothing to do with his biological mother.
Denise and Kim told Patrick the news, and he was heartbroken to feel even further disconnected from his late son, Anthony. However, a glimmer of hope appeared when Sandra contacted Denise, asking for assistance in talking to Josh about Jasmine.
Hoping to mend their relationship, Denise and Kim suggest Patrick share his life story in a sincere letter. After he writes it, they take it to Sandra, who then convinces Josh to read it.

The plan succeeds! Josh comes back to Walford and happily tells Denise and Kim he wants to meet the Trueman family next week.
5. Suki Panesar-Unwin discovers Penny Branning’s pregnancy

Vinny attempts to tell Suki that Penny is pregnant, but she avoids the conversation before he can explain. Later, the news unexpectedly comes out when Jack accidentally reveals it by inviting everyone over for lunch to talk about the baby.
Suki was completely shocked by the news. She immediately argued with Penny and Vinny, and everyone became angry.

Penny is firm in her decision: she and Vinny are keeping the baby, regardless of what Suki thinks.
What is her issue?
6. Linda Carter gets a shock when seeking out Max Branning

Max turns up at The Vic having been kicked out of his previous home, and quickly gets into an argument with Linda. He tries to fix things later by apologizing for how he’s acted in the past.
She invites him to spend the day with her and Annie, hoping they can mend their friendship, and he happily agrees. Throughout the day, they reconnect as Linda tells Max how much she appreciates him being a good father, and he stands up for her when Johnny is unkind to her in the town square.
The situation quickly changes when Elaine lets slip that Max is at The Albert pub. Linda goes to find him, but what she sees there completely surprises her.
What has Linda witnessed?
