Cozy narrative farming simulation game Delphinium announced for Xbox Series, PC

Serenity Forge and CINNADEV have revealed that Delphinium, a relaxing farming and story-driven game, is coming to Xbox Series and PC (via Steam and the Microsoft Store) in 2027.

About

High in the mountains lies a village for people with nowhere else to go. Population: nine.

Soon, it will be ten.

Haiyan hadn’t planned on returning to her village. She’d left years earlier to join her older brother, who was becoming a leader in a rebuilding effort for their country after the war. She wasn’t interested in the cause itself, just in being with him.

His grand plans ultimately led to his death. With his execution, the movement he led quickly fell apart, and everything Haiyan had worked to create around him disappeared in an instant.

After many months, she finds herself back in the mountain village where she grew up, but she’s deeply saddened and lost. She doesn’t know who she is now that the person she dedicated her life to is gone, and she feels like she has no direction.

Delphinium is a story-focused game where you also get to farm. You’ll grow crops, fish in mountain rivers, cook food, and work to rebuild a peaceful village filled with people who each have their own unique stories and pasts.

As Haiyan gets to know the villagers, secrets and shared histories come to light, leading to new discussions, disagreements, and decisions that drive the narrative forward.

As time passes, Haiyan needs to figure out what she wants for her future. Will she stay and become part of the small community that’s forming, or will she leave to find her own path and discover who she truly is?
