Christina Haack won’t be saving a rose for one Bachelor tradition.
The HGTV star, who appeared as a guest judge with Tayshia Adams and Tyler Cameron on the March 9th episode of Bachelor Mansion Takeover, shared that she doesn’t plan on renovating the show’s Fantasy Suite in the near future.
She admitted she was really uncomfortable with the idea of choosing a romantic partner on the show, joking to TopMob News in an interview that it ‘disturbed’ her. ‘I don’t even want to discuss it,’ she said, adding that she wouldn’t have agreed to be part of that particular episode.
To be honest, the star of The Flip Off didn’t know much about the popular ABC show before joining the renovation competition. The show features twelve former Bachelor contestants who compete in challenges to fix up the show’s famous setting.
She admitted she wasn’t a big fan of The Bachelor franchise before appearing on the show, explaining, “To be honest, I don’t really need any extra drama in my life, so I don’t watch much reality TV.”
Having competed on shows like The Flip Off – where she went head-to-head with her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa – and Christina in the Country, she was well-prepared to evaluate how the contestants renovated The Bachelor’s famous Rose Room, the setting for many memorable eliminations.
She admitted she was accustomed to being evaluated, so it felt good to be in the position of judging others. Having been a contestant on similar shows herself, she understood the challenges, time constraints, and financial limitations faced by the competitors. Because of this, she focused on being fair and avoiding harsh criticism.

What’s it like working with Tarek—the father of her children, Taylor, 15, and Brayden, 10—and Heather on their HGTV show?
She described their working relationship as enjoyable and fun, emphasizing their great chemistry and constant laughter. They genuinely enjoy working together and always have a good time.
As someone who’s followed many blended family dynamics, I can tell you co-parenting definitely has its challenges, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. I’m seeing that play out beautifully with Christina, Tarek, and Heather. They’ve really found a great groove, especially when it comes to raising her kids – including her six-year-old son, Hudson, with her ex, Ant Anstead. It’s lovely to see them making it work so well!
Christina emphasized that prioritizing her children is key. She believes their happiness and well-being are most important, and she and her partner strive to show them how to lead and care for others through their own actions.
As she noted, it also helps that the trio put “the past behind us.”

Christina and Tarek welcomed their first child together on Sept. 22, 2010.
Even after their divorce, Christina and her ex-partner continued to raise their daughter together. Christina has described her daughter as remarkably mature for her age, able to have profound conversations one moment and then act like a typical child the next.
Okay, seriously, Taylor is just…amazing. It’s like she can talk to anyone. Honestly, it’s her superpower. She’s just so fun and brilliant, and she’s always active – always happy! And she never lets things get boring, she’s constantly surprising us. I just…I can’t even explain how incredible she is!

Christina and Tarek welcomed their second child together on Aug. 20, 2015.
Besides their oldest daughter, Taylor, Tarek and his ex-wife have continued to raise their son, Brayden, together after their divorce. Tarek has often described Brayden as energetic and incredibly kind.
Tarek said his son brings so much joy to his life. He feels incredibly lucky to be a father to both his sons and cherishes watching them grow up, calling it the greatest happiness he’s ever known.

After separating from Tarek, Christina began dating Ant, a TV presenter from England, in October 2017. They publicly confirmed their relationship in January 2018, coinciding with the finalization of Christina’s divorce from Tarek. The couple then married in a winter wedding at their home in Newport Beach, California, on December 22, 2018.
Christina and Ant are parents to a son named Hudson, who was born in 2019. Ant also has two children, Amelie and Archie, from his previous marriage to Louise Storey.
The couple married, but less than two years later, in September 2020, they announced they were separating. Their divorce became official nine months after that.
Since the split, Ant has moved on with actress Renée Zellweger.

Christina and Ant’s son was born on September 6, 2019, weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and measuring 19.5 inches in length.
When Ant and his ex-wife finalized their divorce in June 2021, they agreed to share legal and physical custody of their son, Hudson. However, in April 2022, Ant petitioned the court for sole custody, stating that his ex-wife only spends about nine days each month with their child.
The former couple reached a custody agreement in December, granting them both legal and physical custody of their son, Hudson, according to documents from TopMob News.

Tarek and Heather Rae Young first met on the Fourth of July in 2019 while celebrating on boats docked near each other in Newport Beach, California. Later that month, they were seen kissing on a yacht, and Tarek confirmed their relationship to TopMob News in August, happily stating, “I never thought I’d say this again, but Heather Rae is officially my girlfriend.”
The couple announced their engagement in July 2020 and married on October 23, 2021, in a beautiful outdoor ceremony near Santa Barbara, California.
Heather often describes herself as a “bonus mom” to Tarek’s children, Taylor and Brayden. She’s said that she feels like she already has two kids of her own, explaining that she and Tarek share custody 50/50 and she loves raising them as if they were hers. She feels very connected to them and enjoys her role in their lives.

Tarek and Heather had a son on January 31, 2023, who weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces at birth.
You know, it’s funny how names come about! I learned that Tarek was originally going to be named Tristan – that was the initial plan. But his parents ultimately decided on Tarek instead. It just goes to show you, sometimes the best-laid plans change!
His middle name is a nod to Heather’s dad.

After divorcing her second husband, Ant, Christina started seeing Josh in 2021. They publicly announced their relationship in July, sharing that they’d already been dating for several months.
The Flip or Flop star shared that she met Josh, a real estate agent, last spring. She was in a good headspace at the time, having moved past feelings of fear and anxiety. She’d stepped back from social media, worked with a spiritual coach, and even participated in a Bufo toad ceremony, all in an effort to refresh her mind.
Christina and Josh got engaged that September and tied the knot on Oct. 6, 2021.
The couple’s wedding date remained private until Josh filed for divorce on July 15, 2024, stating they had differences that couldn’t be resolved.
The pair finalized their divorce in August 2025.

Okay, so I’m obsessed with Christina Hall, and until the July 11th episode of Christina on the Coast, I honestly didn’t know much about where she came from! She’s always shared sweet photos of her parents as grandparents, which is adorable, but she’d kept her childhood home and that part of her life pretty much a secret until then. It was SO cool to finally get a peek into her past!
She mentioned in a 2019 Instagram post that both her family and Tarek’s family always watch Taylor’s school Christmas concert together.
She shared that several people noticed how well this arrangement was working, and she knows many divorced parents – including Tarek’s – successfully do the same thing, making things simpler for everyone involved. She also added that seeing them all together supporting Taylor makes her daughter incredibly happy.

While Josh gained attention through his relationship with Christina, his sisters were already famous back in the 2000s.
Stacie, known to some viewers as “Stacie the Bartender,” gained recognition as the object of Spencer Pratt’s attention on The Hills. She also made appearances on Vanderpump Rules, particularly in season three where she was a bridesmaid at Scheana Shay’s wedding.
Jessica also appeared on several reality TV shows, including The Hills and various series featuring Kendra Wilkinson, such as The Girls Next Door, Kendra, Kendra on Top, and Kendra Sells Hollywood, to support her close friend.

Angelique, Tarek’s older sister, owns Latitude 33 Hair Artistry in Anaheim, California. She bought a house that Tarek and Christina had renovated on their show, Flip or Flop, back in 2014. Later, in 2019, she created a digital series with her brother, who was a host on HGTV.

Tarek El Moussa’s mother, Dominique, is divorced from his father, whose identity she and Tarek have kept private. She is now married to Robert, who often expresses his deep love for her on Instagram.

I’ve always been curious about Tarek’s family, and he’s always kept his father’s name private. However, back in November 2017, he did share a sweet post on Facebook mentioning his “old man” had turned seventy! It was a nice little glimpse into his personal life.
He shared a heartwarming message about his father, emphasizing the profound impact a dad can have on his children’s lives. Posting a photo from their family’s birthday celebration, he expressed gratitude for his father’s constant support and encouragement, saying it helped him achieve his goals. He credits his father with shaping the person he is today and plans to pass on those valuable lessons to his own children.
Tarek shared with Country Living that his father grew up Catholic in Lebanon and Egypt, while his mother, who is from Belgium, was someone he met as a teenager while both were in Europe.
