Devonta Anderson found love with someone he already knew after being on the show Love Is Blind.
The reality TV star announced during the season 10 reunion show, airing March 11th, that he’s engaged and his fiancée of seven months is expecting a baby. He has chosen not to reveal her name publicly.
Interestingly, he first met this new woman years ago, before and after his relationship and split with Brittany Wicker from Love Is Blind.
Devonta, 32, recently told TopMob News that he’s now with someone he originally met in college. Despite knowing each other for years, they never dated or even really talked. He described it as a surprising reconnection, saying they both wished they’d met and connected earlier in life, like five or six years ago.
After their romantic relationship began last year, the loan officer described feeling like he was with his best friend, and said their connection felt natural and effortless.
He explained to TopMob that he wanted a marriage to feel effortless, and that’s exactly what he found. They lead very similar lives, yet maintain their individuality, which he believes is a healthy balance—allowing them to pursue their own interests while also sharing life together.
Now they’re merging their lives even sooner than expected with a little one on the way.
We were trying to have a baby, but we didn’t expect it to happen so quickly. Then, suddenly, we realized we were pregnant!

Indeed, Devonta feels prepared to start a family with his fiancée.
He said he’s most looking forward to simply sharing life’s experiences with his child. Becoming a father will be a completely new experience for him, and he’s excited to take on the role of a teacher.
He shared that he looked up to both of his grandfathers as role models and hopes to be remembered the same way by his own children. He also jokingly admitted he’d love to have a child who becomes a Division I athlete.

Now that Devonta is getting ready to start a family, let’s see what some other couples from Love Is Blind are up to now.

As a lifestyle expert, I often talk to brides and grooms before their wedding, and I recently spoke with Amber, a mom to a sweet little girl named Emma. She confided in me that she was a little anxious about whether Jordan would actually go through with saying ‘I do’ at the ceremony. It’s totally normal to have those pre-wedding jitters, and it sounds like Amber was just hoping for reassurance!
She was relieved when both of them agreed, and the happy news brought tears to almost everyone’s eyes, even her daughter’s.
The couple announced during a heartfelt conversation at the season 10 reunion that they had broken up only four months prior.

Right before their nuptials, Brittany revealed she was “shocked” when Devonta called it all off.
She shared with the camera that today was meant to be her wedding day, but it didn’t happen. She added that she feels like none of her hopes and dreams are coming true right now.
You know, when I reflect on my past relationship, things were good, truly. But ultimately, I realized I couldn’t move forward with marriage if I wasn’t 100% sure I could give my partner the love they deserved. That self-doubt was a dealbreaker for me – I just couldn’t walk down the aisle with that hanging over us. It wasn’t about the other person, it was about my own ability to fully commit.
Despite Brittany saying they’ll remain a couple, Devonta has stated he doesn’t share that view.
I was so thrilled to hear Devonta share at the Season 10 reunion that he’s engaged to a longtime friend! And even more amazing, they’re expecting a baby! It’s just wonderful news, and I’m so happy for him and his future family.

Despite calling off their wedding just days before the event, Bri and Connor revealed at the reunion that they are still deeply in love and plan to eventually get married.

Their engagement ended suddenly when Chris told Jessica he wasn’t physically attracted to her.
Jessica eventually found love with another participant on the show, Dr. Haramol Gill, as she shared during the reunion episode.
Haramol told Jess, ‘You light up every room, you’re amazing.’

Despite falling in love without meeting in person, Emma and Mike ultimately couldn’t reconcile their differing views on having children – Emma wasn’t sure she wanted them, while Mike definitely did – and decided not to get married.
Mike told Emma, “I love you.” But he wasn’t ready to commit to marriage just yet. He explained that he really wanted to have children and needed to be sure they both wanted the same thing – a family together. He didn’t want to rush into anything and then find out they had different plans for the future.
Emma mentioned she occasionally envisions a future family for them, but Mike wants her to be completely sure before they move forward.
He told her that before they get married, he needs to be certain they both want to have a family together. He emphasized that it’s important to him that she’s fully committed, and he understands she has her own reasons for feeling the way she does. However, he said he can’t move forward with the marriage unless he knows they share that vision, and he apologized for needing that reassurance.

The soccer coach, who became a popular topic of conversation this season, said his wedding day felt like a high-stakes penalty shootout, but he was optimistic about a successful outcome.
Despite that, Ashley stated she wasn’t aiming for that outcome and immediately responded when asked if she would get married.
“I already know what you’re thinking,” Ashley said to him. “You don’t want to be with me, and I don’t want to be with you either.” She then explained why their relationship wasn’t working, even questioning his honesty, which Alex immediately responded to.
He admitted he partially disagreed with her assessment of his character. He explained that the questions about his past felt like a deliberate attempt to find fault, rather than a genuine effort to get to know him.
When asked if he had any regrets, he stated, “Not at all. I’m very happy with who I am and proud of everything I’ve done.”

Christine and Vic immediately connected and were excited about building a future together.
Honestly, watching their wedding vows got me right in the feels. He said he never expected to find love through something as unconventional as the pods, but with Christine, it was instant. He actually said she knew him better than anyone else in the world after just talking through the wall! It was so sweet and genuine, I couldn’t help but tear up. You could really feel the connection they had.

Ultimately, Anton’s lifestyle and money problems weren’t a good fit for what Ali wanted.
She told the truck driver at the altar, “I can’t marry you.” She explained that the man she connected with while they were dating in the pods was very different from the man she’d gotten to know after meeting in person.
So, she listened to her intuition.
It just didn’t feel authentic, and it wasn’t the experience I’d hoped for,” she explained. “I didn’t think he was really open about what his life was like.”
Anton admitted he wasn’t sure what went wrong – whether it was a matter of appearances, the overall feeling between them, or simply how they lived together. However, he insisted he always acted with care and concern for her.

Despite finding common ground through shared experiences with family members who have Type 1 diabetes, Megan and her fiancé ultimately couldn’t overcome their contrasting lifestyles – his preference for simplicity clashed with her love of luxury – leading her to end their engagement at the end of the ninth season.
“It’s like we’re just passing ships – completely different people,” the entrepreneur explained. But Jordan didn’t understand the comparison, and simply said, “I don’t get it.”
After Megan mentioned Jordan’s limited food choices and difficult travel arrangements as a father, he responded by questioning why she had chosen him in the first place during their time in the pods.
Okay, so I always tried to believe in the whole ‘opposites attract’ thing with him, really I did. But deep down, I just couldn’t shake this awful feeling, this hesitation. And then it just hit me – I realized I absolutely could not go through with the wedding. It would have been a disaster for both of us, and the thought of putting us through that… it just made us both burst into tears. I knew, right then and there, it was the right decision, even though it was heartbreaking.
Jordan admitted his biggest regret was letting his son, Luca, meet her. He explained in a private interview that he believes she doesn’t love him for who he is, and realizing that is what he needs to move on.
Megan shared that the difficult experience made her doubt her abilities as a mother, wondering if she was too focused on her own needs.

At their wedding, both Kalybriah and Edmond admitted they were deeply in love, but Kalybriah ultimately rejected his proposal, offering an apology.
She told the realtor she needed someone who was fully committed, and admitted she wasn’t in that place herself. However, she also wanted him to know that saying no didn’t mean she didn’t care about him.
Edmond was upset and started crying, but Kalybriah thanked him for handling the situation with dignity as she explained her difficult choice. When he asked if they might date in the future, Kalybriah reassured him that she wasn’t ruling it out completely.
“I am shocked,” he said in a confessional of her decision. “There was no bright side.”

Joe and his partner didn’t get married on season nine because he ended things after experiencing an emotional crisis while trying on his tuxedo.
Madison later shared with Glamour that Joe behaved very differently depending on whether they were filming or not. When the cameras weren’t rolling, he was comforting and affectionate, often physically close. But while they were filming, especially during scenes like the pool party, he became distant and reserved, and that contrast was noticeable.
Madison directly asked Joe if he was attracted to her, and he admitted it had been a problem while they were on vacation.
She explained that she asked him what kind of women he usually dated, and he said he typically preferred petite women. Although she’s generally very confident, his answer briefly made her feel insecure.
Joe explained that he was clumsily trying to describe a pattern he’d noticed in his past relationships, and didn’t intend to compare or judge anyone.

Nick broke up with Annie right before their wedding, telling her he felt upset that she constantly told him she loved him more than he loved her.
Despite being told it was finished, the hairstylist didn’t accept it and pleaded with Nick to stay with her, saying, “Just stay with me and love me.”
“You can’t make one plus one equal three,” he said, prompting her to say, “Watch me.”
Nick finally explained to Annie that he didn’t want to marry her because he was unhappy.

Dave and his fiancée’s relationship fell apart after they arrived in Honduras. While they discovered they had friends in common, the real issue was Dave’s difficulty getting past learning that Lauren had previously been intimate with someone they both knew before filming the show.
Plus, Dave hadn’t wanted to introduce Lauren to his friends or family. He hadn’t even told his dad he was engaged, and his sister, who would later cause a lot of problems, didn’t approve of the relationship at all.

Many viewers thought Monica and Joey were a perfect match and expected them to get married. But when the time came, Monica decided she wasn’t ready to get married just yet.
She said, crying, that she was completely sure of how she felt, but believed they both still had some way to go. Joey wholeheartedly agreed.
He hugged her and reassured her that everything was alright. He said they clearly cared for each other, but he felt they both needed to focus on personal growth right now. He admitted he wasn’t ready for a relationship, and wasn’t sure he was even close at the moment.

Despite significant differences in their beliefs and values, Ben and Sara appeared to have found common ground before their wedding. However, they ultimately decided to call off their relationship.
Sara, who had previously told me she didn’t see a future with Ben, explained to him, “Ben, I care about you deeply, but I’ve always envisioned a partner who shares my perspective. Because of that, I can’t continue this relationship. I’m truly sorry if that’s not what you wanted to hear.”
She explained that while she deeply cares for him, their core beliefs are too different for a relationship to work. Although it was a difficult decision, she realized they weren’t compatible in the long run.

Devin and Virginia appeared to be a happy couple, looking forward to their future together after leaving the pods. However, their relationship hit a snag when they started discussing a prenuptial agreement.
Ultimately, more significant problems led Virginia to end her relationship with Devin and decide against spending her life with him.
After leaving the altar, she explained, with tears in her eyes, that she often felt the need to shield Devin throughout their relationship. She wasn’t sure if it was due to her upbringing, but protecting him was always a priority. This meant avoiding certain sensitive subjects, like politics, and respecting his boundaries, even if it meant they didn’t fully explore all aspects of their connection. Ultimately, they didn’t reach a deeper level of understanding in those areas.

In the end, Daniel and Taylor were the couple who committed to a lifetime of love, promising to stay together long after the holiday season was over.
Despite a rocky start – Taylor thought Daniel had been checking her Instagram and knew what she looked like – they were able to move past the issue.
After sharing heartfelt vows, the couple had a lovely wedding and celebrated with a reception.
“We did it!” Daniel exclaimed, sitting with Taylor after their wedding. Taylor added, beaming, “We can’t wait to start our life together.”

You know, it’s always fascinating to see how relationships unfold, even for those in the public eye. This particular art dealer famously proposed to the author of Keeping Well after a bit of a complicated situation involving Hannah Jiles. Ultimately, though, they both realized they were better suited as friends after a brief engagement. It just goes to show, sometimes even a proposal doesn’t mean a forever kind of love!
You know, sometimes despite a good intention, a connection just doesn’t quite spark. That’s what happened with Leo and me. We were really open with each other from the start, talking about whether a relationship could work, but as we spent time together, we both realized the chemistry wasn’t there. Thankfully, we’re both good at communicating, so it wasn’t a dramatic or messy situation. It was a really respectful understanding that we weren’t the right fit for each other.
Shortly after appearing on a Netflix dating show, Brittany began dating musician Mod Sun in November 2024. However, she announced their breakup in July 2025.

Monica and Stephen split up after she discovered explicit text messages her fiancé had sent to another woman while they were on vacation in Mexico. Stephen initially apologized on the show, but later posted a message on social media after the episode broadcast.
In an October 2024 post on Instagram Stories, he expressed regret if his presence bothered anyone, saying he was sorry if people were upset to wake up that day and wished they hadn’t had to. He added that he still cared for them all.

After leaving the pods, Hannah and Nick definitely had their share of challenges and arguments. Hannah even pointed out, “I feel like I’m treated as an equal when I start contributing equally.”
Everything fell apart when Hannah realized she didn’t want to marry Nick. He described the split as incredibly painful, saying it was one of the worst experiences of his life.
Since then, Hannah has admitted the show forced her to do some self-introspection.
She recently shared that she’s realized she has areas for improvement. Speaking on the The Viall Files podcast, she explained that while she’s always been a very direct communicator, she’s become aware that how she delivers her message can be harsh. She now understands that effective communication is all about delivery.

Taylor and Garrett instantly connected, and it felt like they were meant to be together—even down to having matching tattoos! They did have one difficult moment when Taylor discovered Garrett had responded to a message from a former girlfriend, but he quickly clarified he was engaged and ended the conversation. After that, their relationship blossomed, becoming a memorable part of the Love Is Blind story.
The pair were still married at the Love Is Blind reunion in October 2024.

You won’t believe this, but despite being a strong couple who seemed likely to succeed, Ramses ended things with Marissa by calling off their wedding after changing his mind.
After we finally talked things through, Marissa just lit up and told me she sees a wonderful future for us – and then she said she wants to marry me! It was such a relief. I told her I get it, that loving someone always carries a risk, but it’s a risk I accept, wholeheartedly.
He acknowledged that their disagreements—like their differing views on the military—could be too significant to overcome. He explained that, having observed marriage firsthand and heard from others, he believes love isn’t always enough for a successful relationship. Other important factors need to be in place as well.
Marissa tried to remain composed, but once she realized the relationship was truly over, she started crying. She told him, “I wish you hadn’t come here knowing things were ending.” She expressed her confusion and hurt, saying, “I thought we were certain, but you’re not? It’s awful – I really wanted you to choose me.” She also admitted that this was the worst day of her life.

Tyler and Ashley were a popular couple on the show, and viewers enjoyed watching their seemingly relaxed relationship develop. Things became difficult, though, when Tyler revealed he had three children, a revelation Ashley referred to unkindly as his “sperm donor babies.” Online, people are debating how involved Tyler actually is as a father, but he hasn’t spoken about it publicly.
By the October 2024 reunion show, Ashley and Tyler had resolved their differences, reconnected, and ultimately got married.
“These past two months have been incredible and have completely changed our lives,” Tyler shared, sitting with Ashley after their wedding. “And now,” he added, “we get to spend forever together.”
However, Ashley later shared that the pair had called it quits following over one year of marriage.
In a statement released in January 2025, she announced that she and Tyler have separated and are divorcing. She explained that after a lot of thought, they realized they wanted different things and couldn’t continue their marriage, despite hoping they could resolve their issues with open communication.

Alex and Tim appeared to resolve their big disagreement during their trip to Mexico, and their relationship seemed stronger than before when they returned to Washington, D.C. Things got even better when Tim had a heartfelt conversation with Alex’s father, suggesting a promising future for them.
After Alex met Tim’s family, they had another fight, and Tim broke off their engagement, telling Alex he never wanted to see her again. Since then, both Alex and Tim have publicly shared their sides of the story, with Alex clarifying that the breakup wasn’t a joint decision.

Chelsea and Jimmy had a few arguments during the season, but it seemed they resolved their issues during a fun date at an amusement park just before their wedding.
Jimmy ended his engagement with Chelsea, leaving her shocked and in tears, as he was ready to move on from their turbulent relationship.
Jimmy told Chelsea on their date that he loved her very much and really wanted a relationship, but he didn’t want to get married. He explained he just couldn’t see himself going that far.
He said they were simplifying a complex situation, which had previously involved five or six major, personally upsetting issues. One of those issues was Chelsea sharing Jimmy’s private history with a friend he used to date.
After one last argument about their past relationships, Chelsea finally left, crying and saying, “I really thought we had a chance.”
The pair were both single during the March 2024 reunion.

I was so worried when Clay admitted he was scared of marriage, because of what he went through with his dad cheating. But AD was amazing – she really reassured him that we could get through anything together, and for a while, things felt really good between them.
However, when it came time to actually get married, Clay surprised AD by saying he wasn’t ready. He explained that it wouldn’t be fair to either of them to go through with the wedding when he wasn’t prepared for that commitment.
Cue the shock.
He told AD he would do the necessary work to figure things out, and they would face it together. He emphasized that he wasn’t ready for marriage, and she deserved someone who was. He explained that he wouldn’t commit to marriage until he was fully prepared to give her his all, and he couldn’t give her an answer right now.
The discovery deeply upset AD, causing her to break down in tears and angrily state that the relationship had been a complete waste of her time.
Clay explained that both financial and emotional connections were major factors in his decision to leave. He confessed, “I had to ask myself if I was still a husband, and the truth was no. I also realized I wasn’t truly in love anymore.”
At the reunion, Clay admitted he regretted not dating AD and hoped they could try again, but she didn’t reveal whether she’d be open to the idea.
AD admitted she did go on a few dates with her costar, Matthew Duliba, after filming finished, but they are no longer seeing each other.
She announced in May 2025 she’s expecting her first baby with fiancé Ollie Sutherland.

Amy and Johnny were the only couple from season six to get married, and their wedding was beautiful! What made it even more special was how well their families blended together. Amy’s dad even told Johnny’s sister that he now feels like he has several daughters, which was a really touching moment.
As for Johnny, he too declared at his reception that his father-in-law was his “new dad.”
They are still married.

Ugh, it was so frustrating! Brittany and Kenneth had this amazing connection on the show, I was totally rooting for them! But as soon as they left, it all just…died. It’s like the real world ruined everything, and their romance just fizzled out. I was genuinely heartbroken when I found out!
Brittany explained to Life & Style that things changed after they left the pods and returned to Charlotte. She felt they had a very strong connection while isolated, but that passion faded once they were back in the real world.
Brittany and her former fiancé have stayed friends. At a recent get-together, she explained that even though their romantic relationship ended, they still share a strong and lasting connection.

Laura and Jeramey’s engagement ended abruptly when Laura discovered Jeramey had spent time with a fellow castmate, Sarah Ann Bick, while they were out one night. Following a heated argument, Laura ended the relationship.
But instead of that, he went off to ride jet skis with Sarah Ann.
At the reunion in March 2024, Jeramey shared that he and Sarah Ann had been casually dating for about a year after the show finished, but they are no longer together.
Laura is dating someone else, who she did not identify at the reunion.

Despite overcoming challenges like Izzy’s initial connection with Johnie Maraist and Stacy’s insistence on a certain lifestyle (she really didn’t want paper plates!), Stacy ultimately decided not to marry Izzy because he hadn’t been truthful about his financial history.
Even though the wedding didn’t happen, Stacy still wanted to stay with Izzy, who was very upset.
“We’re at different spots,” he told her. “It really breaks my heart.”
Stacy appreciated Izzy helping her to be more open with her feelings, but she wasn’t fully confident about their future together. She explained that she needed to be absolutely sure before committing to a lifelong relationship, and ‘fairly certain’ just wasn’t enough.
Izzy is now dating surgical assistant Shelby Webb.
