Zoe Ball and other BBC stars’ new version of Michael Mosley series gets start date confirmed

The new season of Michael Mosley‘s TV show, Just One Thing, will premiere on BBC soon, and we now have a confirmed release date.

Based on the popular BBC Radio 4 and BBC Sounds podcast, the show explores Dr. Michael Mosley’s idea that small adjustments can significantly improve your health and wellbeing. The first episode will air on BBC One at 2pm on Monday, March 23rd, with three more episodes following each day that week. All episodes will also be available to stream on BBC iPlayer at the same time. Following Dr. Mosley’s passing, Zoe Ball, Roman Kemp, and Clive Myrie will host this new series.

Ray Mosley was scheduled to host the television series, but he died unexpectedly in June 2024 on the Greek island of Symi after only two episodes had been completed.

After Mosley’s death, two episodes were completed using previously filmed footage and voiced over by DJ Sara Cox.

I just got a sneak peek at this new series, and it’s really interesting! Basically, three experts are taking inspiration from the legendary Dr. Mosley, sharing practical advice we can all use to improve our health and well-being. It feels like a really accessible way to learn how to live a little better, and I think a lot of people will find it helpful.

Each presenter will host four episodes focusing on a topic they care about. They’ll travel to different locations around the UK to meet people who can help improve their health and wellbeing, and share a simple tip – anything from enjoying a cup of tea to doing daily exercises or taking a break from technology, according to the BBC.

Zoe Ball is a well-known TV and radio presenter. She started her career by becoming the first woman to host a show on BBC Radio 1, and later moved into television presenting.

Roman Kemp, whose father is Martin Kemp from the band Spandau Ballet, started his career in radio, hosting Capital’s Breakfast Show from 2017 until 2024. Recently, he and his sister Harleymoon won the reality show Celebrity Race Across the World.

Clive Myrie is a well-known journalist and broadcaster who presents news programs for the BBC, frequently reporting from around the world.

Just One Thing will premiere on BBC iPlayer and BBC One on Monday 23 March, 2026.
