Kylie Kelce Teases New Addition to Her & Jason Kelce’s Family

Kylie Kelce and Jason Kelce’s household may be growing.

This time, the family is adding a new, very young member! The host of Not Gonne Lie, who has four daughters – Wyatt, 6, Bennett, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Finnley, 11 months – with her retired NFL husband, recently hinted at some exciting family news.

I’m so excited! Kylie just announced on her podcast that we might be meeting a new member of the Kelce family very soon – a furry one! She said on March 31st, we’ll all get to meet the cutest, cuddliest puppy – her ‘FAFO’ – and I can’t wait!

Kylie hinted at future content for her monthly YouTube short series, simply stating, “That’s all I’ll say about it for now.”

Offering listeners one final clue, Kylie—who married Jason in 2018—quipped, “Meow. I’m kidding.” 

“Am I? I don’t know,” she added. “You’ll have to tune in and find out. Isn’t that kind of fun?”

Getting a cat would finally resolve a long-running debate between Jason, Kylie, and their daughters. Kylie and their daughters are excited about the idea of adding a cat to their family, which already includes dogs named Nessie and Belaoo, but Jason has always said he doesn’t particularly like cats.

In September, on their podcast New Heights, former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce told his brother Travis that he doesn’t care for cats, even going so far as to jokingly tell his daughters they were ‘poisonous’ to frighten them.

He remembered telling his daughters, ‘If you own a cat, the government might take it away because they’re supposedly very dangerous.’ He explained that cats could be deadly, not even needing to bite to cause harm—just their tongues, which he described as feeling like they had tiny needles on them.

Jason’s idea about cats didn’t last long. Travis’s fiancée, Taylor Swift, quickly showed him the reality by introducing him to her three cats: Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button.

Taylor explained on the New Heights podcast that introducing her children to her cats was a big challenge. She wanted to show them the cats weren’t dangerous, and she decided the best way to do that was to let them hold Benjamin, her very relaxed ragdoll cat who enjoys being cuddled like a baby.

Taylor worked hard to smooth things over with Jason’s daughters and pets, but she confessed it was almost a struggle to win them over.

She really stressed how well the cats get along with children. She explained they seem to simply accept Meredith’s presence, and she often reassures anyone nearby, pointing out that the cats haven’t been bitten and even if they were, they’re not dangerous. The cats, she joked, would disagree with that assessment, as if remembering their father’s instructions.

Jason and Kylie Kelce had their first child, a daughter named Wyatt Elizabeth Kelce, in October 2019.

Their second daughter Elliotte Ray Kelce joined the family two years later.

A year after Elliotte was born, Kylie announced she was expecting another baby, sharing a sweet photo to reveal the news.

The couple had their third child in February 2023, just a couple of weeks after Jason played against his brother, Travis Kelce, in the 2023 Super Bowl.

In May 2023, Jason posted on Instagram a photo of his oldest daughters with a large trophy, expressing his disbelief and excitement: “I never imagined I’d be holding the Larry O’Brien trophy, especially not in my own home!”

“Unbelievable honor to see it in person,” he continued. “The size is incredible, looks so small when NBA players are holding it, but it’s actually massive!! The girls were very interested in it.”

In August 2023, a family of five enjoyed some fun activities, including obstacle courses and visits to Rita’s Italian Ice, after practice with their dad. Kylie shared a lighthearted post on Instagram saying they were there for those treats and courses.

Jason and Kylie celebrated Wyatt’s fourth birthday in October 2023 at the Philadelphia Eagles’ stadium. Kylie shared on Instagram that the party happened while the Eagles were on a four-game winning streak.

In June 2024, Kylie posted a photo on Instagram of her children, Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett, with the caption, “Parents know… two out of three isn’t bad!”

Jason’s mom, Donna Kelce, shared a sweet message, calling her grandchildren a ‘cute and beautiful bunch of lucky charms’ under a rainbow picture!
