Malcolm-Jamal Warner, famously known for portraying Theo Huxtable on over 170 episodes of “The Cosby Show” from 1984 to 1992, tragically passed away at the age of 54. According to recent reports by TMZ, his death was due to an unfortunate accidental drowning. The news has also been confirmed by People magazine. Beyond his memorable role as Theo, the only son of Dr. Cliff Huxtable (played by Bill Cosby) and Clair Huxtable (Phylicia Rashād) on the beloved NBC sitcom, Warner starred alongside Eddie Griffin in UPN’s “Malcolm & Eddie” and as Dr. Alex Reed in the BET comedy “Reed Between the Lines,” where Tracee Ellis Ross was the lead character.

Prior to these achievements, he had released several albums, including The Miles Long Mixtape, Love & Other Social Issues, Selfless, and Hiding In Plain View.
