5 Coronation Street spoilers for next week
1. Theo Silverton lures Todd Grimshaw to the registry office

Theo secretly ruined Todd’s chances in the marathon by putting something in his drink. He then met up with Sarah, James, Gemma, and Chesney at the tram stop, pretending he’d checked on Todd and assumed he’d already left for the race.
Todd wakes up feeling confused and sluggish, and quickly realizes he’s overslept and missed the entire marathon. He’s incredibly embarrassed when Theo comes back with a medal, clearly having completed the race.
Theo convinces him to open the door, and sensing Todd’s disappointment about letting people down, he embraces him in a supportive hug.

George cautiously hints to Todd that their relationship seems unhealthy. Meanwhile, over lunch, Theo tries to convince George and Christina he’s turned over a new leaf and is now prioritizing Todd’s well-being.
George’s mask soon mask slips and he tells Christina they need to keep Theo on side for now.

What will he do?
Todd woke up with a terrible headache after all the trouble from the day before. Theo wasn’t sympathetic and went for a run, while George stopped by for tea. When Theo got back, thinking Todd was in the bathroom, he started yelling mean things at the door.
Just then, Todd arrived, and George came out of the bathroom, having overheard everything. Theo was clearly shocked and upset.

2. Dev Alahan is questioned about the attack on Mal Roper

Dev and Bernie came back from vacation to a surprise: Mal told them he wasn’t leaving anytime soon.
He quickly went to the police and reported a recovered memory – he now claims Dev attacked him. However, Kit is actually responsible, and when Lisa calls him to the station for questioning, he becomes anxious.
Dev is questioned about the incident, and a distressed Bernie privately tells Gemma that her son committed the act. As Dev becomes a suspect, Bernie worries she might have to betray her own child to protect her husband.

Kit tells her there’s no proof connecting Dev to the attack, so for the time being, they both seem to be in the clear.
At the Chariot Square Hotel, Ryan grew worried as Bernie walked down a hallway, knocked on a bedroom door, and went inside. Inside the room, Mal told Bernie that just being with her meant the world to him, then he gestured for her to sit down beside him.
Struggling to mask her revulsion, Bernie faces an agonising choice to save her marriage.
Will she go through with Mal’s proposal?
3. The Driscolls reel over Megan Walsh’s baby

Things were getting really strained with Megan and her baby, and Ben decided we all needed to talk about it. The biggest issue was that Megan wouldn’t agree to a DNA test, and it was causing a lot of friction. When Will tried to stick up for her, Maggie just snapped – she’d been holding it in, and finally lost her temper. It was a really difficult moment for all of us.
Ben tries to get Will to talk about his feelings for his teacher by convincing him to go to counseling. However, when Kit discovers that Will and Megan’s phones don’t contain any evidence of wrongdoing, Ben and Eva are frustrated by the continuing mystery.
Daniel pushes Sam to share all his information with the police, believing Megan should face consequences for her actions. However, Hope immediately suggests Sam shouldn’t trust Daniel, hinting that he and Megan might be collaborating and that Sam could be making a mistake by believing him.

The teenager later told Hope he’d gotten rid of his phone because he thought Daniel was monitoring his emails.
After Will confesses he’s being ridiculed at school, Eva grows worried about how he’s coping. Meanwhile, Ben tells Steve and Tim he feels responsible for Will’s situation and regrets ever trusting Megan.
4. Adam Barlow worries for the future of his business

Adam told Alya the company is losing customers after the recent data breach. With things getting worse, Annie warned she’ll take her business to a competitor if the situation doesn’t get better.
Adam, desperate to keep her as a client, proposes a risky agreement: she won’t have to pay if he doesn’t succeed with her case.
What does this mean for George, who she’s building a case against?
5. Carla Connor struggles to juggle baby Connie with work

Betsy and Dylan are watching Connie while her parents, Carla and Lisa, are at work. Once the baby falls asleep, Betsy and Dylan settle onto the couch and start cuddling.
Will they betray the child’s best interests for an afternoon alone?
Jodie then volunteers to care for Connie, telling Carla she has the skills and ability to help. However, given Jodie’s history, she’s likely the least reliable person for the job!
