EastEnders is set for a dramatic week as Jasmine Fisher (Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness), who killed her father Anthony Trueman, gets ready to admit her guilt in court.
The Slater family is experiencing a lot of emotions as they reconnect with Josh Goodwin (Joshua Vaughan). Things get even more complicated when Josh unexpectedly meets Oscar Branning (Pierre Counihan-Moullier)—his twin sister’s former boyfriend—and they quickly become intimate.
Things are getting really tense! I can’t believe Jasmine’s phone turned up with Cindy Beale – she’s going to have to explain that one! And poor Bea Pollard – I heard she absolutely lost it at McKlunky’s when she found out the Mitchells are trying to kick her out. It was a huge scene, apparently.
Okay, so things are heating up in Walford! I’m really starting to worry about Zack Hudson – looks like he’s got some new trouble brewing. And Suki Panesar? She is absolutely livid with Penny Branning right now. Honestly, you do not want to be on Suki’s bad side!
Here’s a summary of what happens in EastEnders from Monday, March 23rd, to Thursday, March 26th.
7 EastEnders spoilers for next week
1. The Slaters find Jasmine Fisher’s missing phone as she prepares to plead guilty

Patrick was anxious while waiting for Josh and Sandra, but the thought of meeting his grandson overwhelmed him, so he quickly went to the kitchen to collect himself. Josh tried to comfort him, but their touching moment was interrupted when Zoe insisted on meeting her son.
Kim and Denise step in to calm her down, and Zoe storms off after a word of warning from Sandra.
I was really starting to worry about Josh when he didn’t come home yesterday. Thankfully, I found him down at The Square. But just as we were talking, Zoe rushed up – she was heading to the prison to check on Jasmine, who’s having a tough time.

I was so happy when he agreed to come with her to The Vic! Kat was absolutely thrilled to finally meet her grandson, and it was a really touching moment for everyone. We were all overjoyed when he said yes to joining us for a meal afterwards – it just made the whole day perfect.
Despite the general celebration, Jasmine has been overlooked. She’s upset that Zoe didn’t come and has made the difficult decision to confess to Anthony’s murder.
Zoe feels terrible about something, and as the Slaters get ready for Josh and Sandra’s visit, Kat thinks Zoe would be better off staying at The Vic pub and visiting Jasmine another time. During dinner, Josh shares that someone accepted a phone call on his twin sister’s phone after she was arrested.

Max stole the device with the video of Anthony running towards Jasmine the night he died. Unsure of what to do with it, Max gave the device to Cindy, who agreed to destroy the footage.
She was just about to destroy the phone with her high-heel, when a desperate Josh began to call…
Zoe is shocked to discover someone has the phone, and a heated argument quickly breaks out between the Trueman and Slater families, leading to Josh having to leave. Max observes the conflict and then goes to The Prince Albert to encourage Cindy to make the right decision.

She eventually gives in, but her plan to hide the phone in The Vic fails spectacularly when it drops right in front of Kat. Cindy is forced to explain herself as Kat demands answers, and the Slaters carry the phone upstairs to view the recording.
Will the newfound evidence be enough to stop Jasmine being sent down?
2. Bea Pollard lashes out after being asked to move out of the Mitchells’ house

Honey has returned to Walford, and Bea quickly becomes very intense with her. Linda is wary of Honey’s newfound connection with the Mitchells, leading to a confrontation between them.
Honey later shares with Billy that she’s worried she might be going through the menopause, and they both decide Bea needs to find a new place to live. Later that week, Honey makes a doctor’s appointment, but she feels dismissed and like her concerns aren’t being taken seriously.

To make matters worse, Billy puts his foot in it while trying to offer a shoulder to cry on.
Bea was understandably upset about being evicted, so she went to work at McKlunky’s. She immediately kicked out all the customers and began destroying the shop. Will eventually found her in a disheveled state, and Bea quickly claimed she’d been attacked, hoping someone would believe her and feel sorry for her.
But will her plan convince the Mitchells to let her stay?

3. Suki Panesar-Unwin accuses Penny Branning of using Vinny for money

Vinny and Suki remain at odds because Suki won’t support Penny’s pregnancy. Eve encourages Suki to try and resolve things with Vinny, and the two of them later join the Branning family for lunch.
During the meal, Suki and Penny make surprising progress towards forming a bond.

Penny later explains that she doesn’t need expensive gifts to feel loved, so she’s surprised to find out her partner has already put a down payment on a shop for her on Turpin Road. Gina and Harry encourage her to take advantage of this incredible opportunity.
When Suki gets wind of his kind gesture, she bluntly accuses Penny of trying to rinse her son.
4. Love blossoms between Oscar Branning and Josh Goodwin

Lauren notices Oscar and Josh hitting it off, completely oblivious to the fact that she’s his sister. She encourages her brother to stop with the casual hookups and start looking for a real relationship.
The two men met for drinks at The Prince Albert, and quickly found themselves attracted to each other. They woke up the next morning, tangled together in bed.
Lauren and Peter talk to Oscar about his new relationship, but it won’t be long before he realizes how Jasmine is involved.
5. Zack Hudson has money worries

Zack Hudson is worried because the new food menu at The Queen Vic isn’t proving popular, and he’s starting to struggle financially. To make matters worse, he feels pressured into buying an engagement gift for Vicki, a purchase he can barely afford and that sadly reminds him of their broken relationship.
Things get even harder for Zack when he learns he’s facing eviction. This news upsets Barney, and a fight quickly breaks out between father and son about what to do.
Vicki offers some words of wisdom, and tells Zack not to worry – he’ll sort things out.
This might explain why Max Branning was staying at his apartment during the January flash-forward scene…
6. Suki and Eve Panesar-Unwin have an update on their adoption

We haven’t had an update on Sukeve’s adoption journey for a while, but next week they’ll receive some good news about becoming parents.
After resolving their concerns about Ravi and moving past the uncomfortable meeting with Eve’s mother, Norma, the couple feels optimistic that their adoption process is back on track.
In upcoming scenes, the women chat with the adoption agency about fostering.
7. Max Branning and Cindy Beale hide a mammoth secret

The long-awaited meeting between Max and Cindy lived up to the hype, just as producer Ben Wadey predicted. They were shocked to discover at their grandson Jimmy’s christening that they’d secretly spent the night together at her bar the night before.
They made a critical error – they hadn’t switched names as planned – and decided they would avoid each other from then on.
It appears they’ve broken their promise and been intimate again next week. They’ve met and decided to keep this affair a secret from their families.
But will they stick to it this time?
