Christina Haack is hammering out the truth about her love life.
The HGTV star clarified rumors about her and boyfriend Christopher Larocca getting married, after fans noticed she was wearing a ring on her ring finger.
Christina addressed recent reports about her engagement ring on Instagram, explaining to People that the ring—which she’s had for nearly ten years—is a Cartier Love Ring she bought for herself. It’s engraved with her children’s initials.
Okay, so Christina… my Christina! She’s been through a lot with love, you know? Tarek, then Ant, then Joshua… it just hasn’t quite clicked long-term yet. But now there’s Christopher, and honestly, I’m living for it. She isn’t engaged to him right now, but she’s definitely not closed off to getting married again someday! She’s just taking things slow, and honestly, good for her! Don’t hold your breath for a big wedding anytime soon, though – she’s being smart about it.
The 42-year-old told TopMob News they weren’t feeling pressured and were taking things as they come, which they find refreshing.
Christina explained that what she appreciates most right now is how understanding he is. He’s dedicated to his career, which means he travels often, and she likes being with someone who appreciates hard work and staying motivated.
Christopher, having a daughter with his ex-wife, is familiar with the challenges of blended families. Christina, who co-parents her children Taylor (15) and Brayden (10) with Tarek, and Hudson (6) with Ant, explains that Christopher understands what effective co-parenting looks like, which makes things much smoother for her as well.

She emphasized that prioritizing her children is always her main focus. Their happiness and well-being are most important, and she believes leading by example – showing them how to care for others – is key.
Plus, on top of his parenting priorities, Christopher holds many other qualities that she values.
She described him as a very easygoing person. She added that his sense of security and kindness make him a wonderful partner, and he fits in well with everyone in their blended family.

Christina and Tarek welcomed their first child together on Sept. 22, 2010.
As a lifestyle expert, I often see how important it is for parents to prioritize their children, even after a split. I’ve been following Christina’s journey, and it’s wonderful to see how she and her ex are successfully co-parenting their daughter. She describes her as a really special little one – an ‘old soul’ who can have surprisingly mature conversations one minute, and then be a typical kid the next. It’s a beautiful thing to witness!
She described Taylor as incredibly approachable, able to strike up a conversation with absolutely anyone. She also highlighted Taylor’s fun-loving personality, intelligence, athleticism, and consistently positive attitude, adding that Taylor always keeps things interesting.

Christina and Tarek welcomed their second child together on Aug. 20, 2015.
Besides their eldest child, Taylor, Tarek and his ex-wife continue to raise their son, Brayden, together. Tarek has often described Brayden as a lively and incredibly kind boy.
Tarek said that his son brings incredible joy to his life. He feels lucky to be a father to both of his children and watching them grow up fills him with happiness.

After separating from Tarek, Christina began dating Ant, a TV presenter from England, in October 2017. They publicly confirmed their relationship in January 2018, the same month her divorce from Tarek was completed. The couple then married at their home in Newport Beach, California, on December 22, 2018, in a winter-themed wedding.
Christina and Ant are parents to son Hudson, who was born in 2019. Ant also has two children, Amelie and Archie, from his previous marriage to Louise Storey.
The couple was married for just under two years and announced they were separating in September 2020. Their divorce became official nine months after that.
Since the split, Ant has moved on with actress Renée Zellweger.

Christina and Ant had a son on September 6, 2019. He weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces and was 19.5 inches long at birth.
I’ve been following this case closely, and it’s heartbreaking. When they divorced in June 2021, they had a shared custody agreement for Hudson, which seemed amicable enough. But then, in April 2022, Ant filed to have sole custody. He’s arguing in court that his ex-partner only spends about nine days a month with their son, and that’s what’s driving his request. It’s a really tough situation, and I feel for everyone involved, especially Hudson.
The former couple finalized a custody agreement the following December, granting them both legal and physical custody of their son, Hudson, according to documents from TopMob News.

Tarek and Heather Rae Young first met on the Fourth of July in 2019 while celebrating on boats docked near each other in Newport Beach, California. Later that month, they were seen kissing on a yacht, and Tarek confirmed their relationship to TopMob News in August, happily announcing that Heather Rae was officially his girlfriend.
The couple announced their engagement in July 2020 and married on October 23, 2021, in a beautiful outdoor ceremony near Santa Barbara, California.
Heather often describes herself as a “bonus mom” to Tarek’s children, Taylor and Brayden. She’s said that she feels like she already has two kids, explaining that she helps raise Tarek’s children half the time and loves them as if they were her own. She feels strongly about her role as a supportive and loving figure in their lives.

Tarek and Heather’s son was born on January 31, 2023, weighing 7 pounds and 7 ounces.
Heather explained that Tarek was originally going to be named Tristan, but his parents ultimately decided on the name Tarek instead.
His middle name is a nod to Heather’s dad.

After divorcing her second husband, Ant, Christina started seeing Josh in 2021. They publicly announced their relationship in July, sharing that they’d already been dating for several months.
Let me tell you, last spring was all about hitting the reset button for me. I was finally in a really good headspace – I’d stepped away from social media, was working with a spiritual coach, and even tried a Bufo toad ceremony to help clear my mind. It was a time when I wasn’t operating from fear, and that’s when I met Josh, who’s a fantastic realtor. It felt like the perfect timing!
Christina and Josh got engaged that September and tied the knot on Oct. 6, 2021.
The couple’s wedding date remained private until Josh filed for divorce on July 15, 2024, stating they had differences that couldn’t be resolved.
The pair finalized their divorce in August 2025.

Before the July 11, 2024, episode of Christina on the Coast featured the renovation of her childhood home, Christina hadn’t shared much about her family history, mostly just showing her parents as grandparents.
She mentioned on Instagram that when Taylor performs in her school’s yearly Christmas concert, both her family and Tarek’s family watch together.
She shared that several people had commented on how well this arrangement was working, noting it’s common among divorced parents – including her ex-husband Tarek’s – and ultimately makes things smoother for everyone. She also mentioned that their daughter Taylor is visibly happy when they all sit together to support her.

Angelique, Tarek’s older sister, owns Latitude 33 Hair Artistry in Anaheim, California. She bought a house that Tarek and Christina flipped on their show, Flip or Flop, back in 2014, and then collaborated with her brother, an HGTV host, on a digital series in 2019.

Tarek El Moussa’s mother, Dominique, is divorced from his father, whom she has never publicly identified. She is now married to Robert, who often expresses his deep love for her on Instagram.

Tarek has always kept his father’s identity private, but in November 2017, he mentioned on Facebook that his father had celebrated his 70th birthday.
He shared a family photo from their father’s birthday, writing about how much his dad means to him. He explained that his father’s encouragement and belief in him were crucial to his success, and he wouldn’t be where he is today without that support. He hopes to pass on the valuable lessons he learned from his father to his own children.
Tarek shared with Country Living that his father grew up Catholic in Lebanon and Egypt, while his mother, who is from Belgium, was someone he met as a teenager while both were in Europe.
