Charlie Puth’s Wife Brooke Sansone Gives Birth, Welcomes First Baby

The singer and his wife, Brooke Sansone, announced the arrival of their first child together in an Instagram post on March 23rd. They were excited to share the happy news!

“Hey Jude,” they captioned photos of their baby boy, noting his true date of arrival, “3.13.26.”

Brooke, whom he married in Montecito, California, in September 2024, announced the full name of their baby on her Instagram Stories: Jude Crawford Puth. She later shared that their baby is her “whole world.”

Charlie is getting ready for a big spring – he’s expecting a baby and releasing his new album, Whatever’s Clever, on March 27th.

“Just thinking about it makes my jaw clench,” the 34-year-old explained to Rolling Stone in January.

Charlie’s world tour starts next month, and he’s hoping to bring his wife, Brooke, and their baby with him.

He explained he wants to be a present parent. He hopes his child will have a normal upbringing, and he’s planning to use headphones during performances so he can wave to the baby from backstage.

However, the “Attention” singer admitted, “Touring is a really unnatural thing.”

He added that the current situation doesn’t seem like something they can keep up long-term. They’ll proceed with what feels right, but his main goal is for his child to have a typical upbringing, without constant travel.

But perhaps Charlie’s concerns for his little one are more foundational than attending concerts. 

He jokingly told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show that he hoped his baby would appreciate music, saying it’s the only talent he has. He explained that his mom used to play music for him before he was born by putting large, 90s-style headphones on her stomach.

Okay, so he basically admitted James Taylor and Luther Vandross are HUGE inspirations for him – like, seriously, those guys are his idols! And then, get this, he totally said he’s going to keep doing his thing no matter what Brooke thinks. It was so cute and a little rebellious, honestly. He’s just going to be himself, and I love that!
