John Legend’s Daughter Luna, 9, Shows Off Impressive Interview Skills

Move over Carson Daly, Luna Stephens is taking over as emcee.

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s daughter, Luna, showed off her interviewing abilities while visiting the set of The Voice. A TikTok video posted to John’s account on March 23rd shows the 9-year-old confidently introducing herself and getting right to work as a reporter.

Hi, I’m Luna,” she told the camera. “I’ll be walking around and talking to people to get their thoughts.

Luna switched into interviewer mode and began asking two social media producers detailed questions about their roles and whether they enjoy their work.

Luna carried a fork as if it were a microphone and walked onto the set with her dad and younger brother, Miles. Her dad mentioned that one of the producers is clearly in charge.

The young reporter finished her time by chatting with her dad and the judges, Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine. They playfully shared details about the upcoming battle rounds, as well as some fun personal facts like their favorite colors and numbers.

Luna and Adam shared a playful, affectionate moment on set, with Luna playfully ‘attacking’ him. He then sweetly turned the tables, interviewing Luna and Miles to learn when their birthdays are.

Luna’s brother, Miles, quickly jumped into the conversation to share his favorite song by Maroon 5.

“It’s called ‘Stereo Hearts,’” he shared with the band’s frontman, who replied, “Thanks dude.”

John, who shares three-year-old Esti and two-year-old Wren with Chrissy, has said he’s always ready to be a dad to his children.

It’s wonderful having so much energy, love, and laughter filling our home,” John Legend shared with TopMob News last September. “Everyone is up and moving, and everyone is chatting away.”

He mentioned that having three children at the same school simplifies drop-off and pick-up, even though it’s still busy and a bit hectic. He described it as a pleasant kind of craziness.

The couple proudly announced the arrival of their baby girl by posting a heartwarming photo. In the picture, their children, Luna and Miles, are seen lovingly holding their new sister, who is wrapped in a soft blanket from Barefoot Dreams.

I’m absolutely thrilled to share that Esti Maxine Stephens has finally arrived! Our house is filled with so much excitement, and honestly, we’re all over the moon. My husband has been crying happy tears every night watching Luna and Miles already adore their little sister. And let me tell you, I’m learning a new lesson – even with a C-section, you still need diapers! We’re completely and utterly in bliss right now.

I’m just completely blown away by Chrissy – her strength is incredible, and I’m so happy to see Luna and Miles already loving their little sister. Honestly, ‘grateful’ doesn’t even begin to cover how I feel!
