Solo Leveling: Karma Drops New Trailer to Explore Its Story

I’ve been watching the anime world, and it’s clear that Solo Leveling quickly became a huge hit with its first two seasons. Everyone’s wondering when season three will be announced, but most fans seem confident it’s just a matter of time before we see Jinwoo Sung back on screen. Good news is, we won’t have to wait too long to continue his story! This year, Solo Leveling: Karma is coming out, and the trailer suggests it’s going to show us what Jinwoo has been up to, continuing the story of the hunter who once was the weakest.

Netmarble is releasing a new game called Solo Leveling: Karma, a “Roguelite Action Role-Playing Game” that continues Jinwoo’s story beyond the anime series. The game focuses on a war happening in the “Dimensional Rift” and explores events not yet shown in the anime. In a recent announcement about a new trailer, Netmarble described Karma as a brand new game and promised an epic journey for players.

Solo Leveling Season Three Details

Currently, there’s not much news about a third season of Solo Leveling. A-1 Pictures hasn’t announced when it might be released after the second season ended last year, and fans are eager to see Jinwoo’s story continue. Although a new season hasn’t been officially confirmed, the anime’s producer, Atsushi Kaneko, did discuss the possibility of its return at Anime Expo last year.

Kaneko talked about how well the first two seasons of the anime have been received and shared his hopes for season three. He explained that while he’s pleased with the response, Solo Leveling isn’t yet as widely known in Japan as hugely popular series like Dragon Ball, One Piece, or Naruto. He hopes a third season will help the anime reach that level of broad recognition in Japan.

From what I’ve gathered, the upcoming third season of Solo Leveling probably won’t be the end of the story. The original webcomic has plenty of content left to cover, easily enough for two more seasons, and that’s before you even consider the sequel! This sequel, called Solo Leveling: Ragnarok, follows Jinwoo’s son as he tries to learn about his father and survive in a dangerous world. It could be a while before we see an animated version of Ragnarok, but given how popular Solo Leveling is, I think it’s pretty likely we’ll see it eventually.
