The Spring 2026 anime season is here, and it’s looking great! The season started strong with highly anticipated shows like Season 2 of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End and Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen. The Winter 2026 season also had some unexpected hits, including Sentenced to be a Hero and Journal the Witch. Now that Winter has ended, anime fans are excited for the new Spring releases. As usual, Crunchyroll will be adding many series to its streaming library and releasing new episodes every week after they air in Japan.
I’ve been checking out Crunchyroll lately, and it’s really become the go-to place for anime. They have everything, and a ton of series you won’t find on other platforms like Netflix. This new season is especially exciting – we’re getting new installments of favorites like Dr. Stone: Science Future Part 3 and Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World Season 4. Plus, there are some highly anticipated new shows premiering, like Witch Hat Atelier and Daemons of the Shadow Realm. It’s a great mix of continuations of popular series and some hidden gems you might not know about.
Crunchyroll’s New Spring 2026 Lineup Includes 8 More Series

Crunchyroll recently updated its schedule of shows coming in Spring 2026. About half of the series listed have already premiered, and currently, you can only watch them on Crunchyroll. Here’s what’s included:
- Ace of the Diamond Act II – Season 2
- Always a Catch!
- Haibara’s Teenage New Game+
- Killed Again, Mr. Detective
- My Ribdiculous Reincarnation
- Pardon the Intrusion, I’m Home!
- RILAKKUMA
- The Classroom of a Black Cat And a Witch
After a six-year wait, Ace of the Diamond is getting a new season! The popular sports anime, originally based on a manga from Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump, is set to return on April 5th, 2026. While the exact release details are still upcoming, it will be available in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and other regions. This season is a collaboration between the studios Madhouse and Production I.G.
Meanwhile, shows like Always a Catch, Haibara’s Teenage New Game+, Killed Again, Mr. Detective, and RILAKKUMA have already premiered. Besides Ace of the Diamond, most of these series are currently under the radar, but they all look promising. You can find release dates, streaming information, and regional availability on the official website. This seems to be the complete lineup for the Spring 2026 anime season, unless Crunchyroll decides to add anything else. With a mix of action, historical dramas, and other exciting titles, be sure to check out the list and save the dates!
