Keanu Reeves sure gives some wick-ed good advice.
Having spent over three decades in Hollywood, and becoming famous himself at a young age, Keanu Reeves is in a good position to offer advice to those starting their careers. He was direct and honest when sharing his thoughts.
I’ll never forget what Keanu Reeves told Will Marfuggi from TopMob News while chatting with Cameron Diaz and Matt Bomer. He basically said, ‘Just don’t be a jerk!’ But more importantly, he stressed always being respectful to your coworkers until they give you a reason not to. It’s a simple rule to live by, and it really stuck with me – a perfect reflection of the kind of person he is.
Cameron readily agreed, observing that the advice applies to all walks of life. She jokingly added, “That’s just how it is.”
Reflecting on her time in Hollywood, the Charlie’s Angels actress pointed out that there’s no guide for dealing with fame.
She explained that the key is to personalize your approach, as you can’t predict the outcome. It’s also helpful to connect with people you look up to, learn from their methods, and ask for their guidance.
The movie, starring Keanu Reeves as actor Reef Hawke, centers around Hawke being forced to right his past mistakes due to a blackmail scheme. However, beyond the plot, the film surprisingly offers valuable lessons about fostering community in a highly competitive field.

Matt suggests that, like Reef, it’s important to be surrounded by good friends, especially those who’ve known you for a long time. These are the people who will keep you grounded and support you through all of life’s challenges and successes.
Cameron and Keanu Reeves reunite on screen in a new film directed by Jonah Hill, available to stream on Apple TV starting April 10th. The two actors previously starred as a couple in the 1996 movie Feeling Minnesota.
This time, the actress from There’s Something About Mary shared that she felt much more comfortable and confident while filming scenes with Keanu Reeves.

She said she felt more confident and skilled than she did earlier in her career, as this wasn’t her fourth movie. But she’s especially thankful to be working with Keanu again after 30 years, and feels very grateful for the opportunity.
She continued, “He’s the same generous, present, such a good human—nothing’s changed in that way.”
For his part, reuniting with Cameron felt “the same” as it did in the nineties.
He explained to Cameron that the approach was simply to give their all to whatever they were doing, whether it was work or play. He added that, regardless of experience—even on a fourth film—the core creativity of the artist always shines through.
Outcome begins streaming April 10 on Apple TV. For other new movie releases, keep reading…
