Hulk Hogan’s Eerie Words in Final Interview Before His Death Revealed

Like any fight, Hulk Hogan couldn’t predict the outcome of his own story.

Nearly a year after wrestling icon Hulk Hogan passed away at 71 from a heart attack, a new Netflix documentary, Hulk Hogan: Real American, will be released. The film features his last known interview, where he shares his thoughts on his life and career.

In the trailer released on April 6th, Hulk Hogan states, “I don’t know how things will end, but my legacy as Hulk Hogan will last forever.”

In the trailer for the docuseries, the athlete (born Terry Bollea) looks back on his life, both inside and outside of wrestling, and expresses hope that the four-part series will reveal his true self.

He admitted some people disliked him, but believed future generations wouldn’t understand his true purpose. He felt he had a deeper reason for being here than just his career in wrestling.

This documentary series aims to reveal the person behind the iconic Hulk Hogan persona, featuring interviews with those who knew him well, including friends, colleagues, and his former wife, Linda Hogan.

She and the wrestler were married for 26 years, from 1983 to 2009. In a trailer for an upcoming show, she reveals they stopped talking but she eventually realized she still had feelings for him.

Although Linda and Hulk Hogan had a difficult relationship after their divorce, she was still deeply saddened by his death and said she was shocked to hear the news.

Linda shared on Instagram that she was shocked and heartbroken by Hulk’s sudden passing. Everyone had hoped he would recover. She admitted she loved Hulk deeply, even though she was hurt by his infidelity. While it was difficult, she acknowledged his fame played a role and tried to understand, but the pain remained.

She said she’d been crying all day, still reeling from the shock of it all. After so many years spent together, it felt completely final. She’d known him since he was 28, when she was just 22, and still loved him. Though they hadn’t seen or spoken in a while, they’d always shared their lives through their mutual friend, Nick, exchanging news and updates.

Linda explained that the family was deeply divided – she wasn’t speaking to Hulk, and his relationship with their daughter, Brooke, was strained. This situation, she said, had left her feeling completely heartbroken.

Despite everything, she wrote about how they remained a family. She found it incredibly difficult to accept his passing and admitted she struggled to be strong for her son, Nick, because she was still grieving herself.

“I love you Hulkster,” Linda concluded. “You were my man. The only man for me. RIP.”
