Jennifer Lopez is going to live her life all the way and won’t waste it.

Jennifer Lopez marked Easter with a heartfelt message about starting fresh and finding hope after difficult times.

Jennifer wished her followers a Happy Easter on Instagram on April 5th, sharing selfies with bunny ears and a plate of Easter cookies. She wrote about the power of faith, saying that God demonstrates miracles are possible, like rising from the dead and bringing new life.

The 56-year-old, who has 18-year-old twins Max and Emme with her former husband Marc Anthony, then shared, “Here’s to new beginnings.”

Jennifer is used to new beginnings. She’s faced a lot of challenges recently, including her divorce from Ben Affleck, but she’s looking forward to the future – and especially excited about performing at her Las Vegas show.

Jennifer recently shared that she’s feeling happier than ever. In an interview on Good Morning America, she explained that she feels truly free for the first time in her life, now that she’s independent. She realized she hadn’t experienced this feeling since her early twenties, as she’d always been in a relationship and felt a lack of control over many aspects of her life before that.

She explained that she’s reached a place of self-trust and is learning to value herself more.

Even with her twins going off to college in August, Jennifer is feeling thankful and content with where she is in life right now.

She told Entertainment Tonight in early March that she’s feeling incredibly happy and appreciative of everything she’s learned. She starts each day with a smile, noting that her life is much different – and better – than it was just a few years ago.
