Zendaya believes the end of Euphoria is near.

Before the new season of the show begins, the actress who has portrayed Rue Bennett since the series started in 2019 shared her thoughts on whether this season might be the last.

I was chatting with Zendaya on The Drew Barrymore Show recently, and she hinted that we’re finally going to get some answers! She basically confirmed that a resolution to whatever’s been hanging in the air is on its way – she said, ‘That closure is coming,’ and I couldn’t be more excited! It sounds like things are about to be wrapped up nicely.

While HBO hasn’t officially said if season three will be the last of Euphoria, many viewers believe it is, especially since four years passed between seasons two and three.

Production on the show was slowed down for a couple of reasons. First, several cast members – including Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Maude Apatow, Hunter Schafer, and Alexa Demie – became more famous, making it harder to find times when everyone was available to film. Sadly, the show also lost actor Angus Cloud, who played Fezco, when he unexpectedly passed away in 2023 at the age of 25.

You know, as someone who follows a lot of careers, I’ve seen firsthand how roles can really impact an actor. And with Zendaya and her character, Rue, it’s been beautiful to watch. She’s openly said that playing Rue has genuinely been a positive force in her life – it’s changed her for the better, no matter what happens with the show. It’s a testament to how deeply she connected with the role, and it’s inspiring to see!

The show Euphoria had a profound impact on me, really opening me up emotionally,” the 29-year-old explained to Drew Barrymore. “I learned a lot about life from my character, Rue, and the whole cast has been with me as I’ve grown. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience.

Playing Rue has honestly changed me. She really opened my eyes to the power of empathy and what it means to find redemption. I’ve learned so much through her, and I feel incredibly grateful for the experience and everything she’s taught me.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m thrilled to share that season three is arriving on April 12th, and it’s going to be a big one! We’re jumping forward in time, seeing what happens with all our favorite characters as they navigate life after high school and become adults. It’s a whole new chapter, and I can’t wait to see how everything unfolds!

As a huge fan, I remember Zendaya saying she was totally on board with moving things forward. She told Entertainment Weekly earlier this year that she understood why – you can only handle so much high school drama, and honestly, she’s right!

I’m really excited about it, and I think it’ll be interesting to see these characters as adults, outside of high school,” the Challengers actor explained. “It’ll be fascinating to see how their childhood experiences and high school years shape the adults they become and how they navigate life in the wider world.”

A new trailer released on March 30th gave fans a first look at the upcoming season, and it promises plenty of drama.

Show creator Sam Levinson is very confident about the new season, believing it’s significantly better than anything else out there.

As he told Variety in December 2025, “I feel strongly this is our best season yet.”

I’m a huge fan of this true crime series, and one of the things I love most is that it’s hosted by Detective Chris McMullin (Ret.). He’s a local – born and raised right here in Philadelphia! Before retiring, he spent years on the force, first as a patrol officer with the Philadelphia Police, and then as a detective with the Bensalem Police Department. He’s seen it all, handling cases ranging from robberies and assaults to truly awful crimes like sex offenses and homicides. His experience really shines through.

Honestly, A Gorilla Story shows some gorilla behavior I’ve never seen captured on film before – it’s truly extraordinary.

I’m such a fan of Dr. Lee! This season is incredible – she and her team are dealing with cases they’ve never seen before, really pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in dermatology. She’s also training the next generation of dermatologists, and it’s clear how much she cares about restoring people’s confidence. But honestly, this season feels different. There’s a new challenge that’s thrown everything into question, and I’m on the edge of my seat to see how she handles it!

I’m so excited about this new series, 4X20: Quick Hits! It’s an anthology – basically, four separate short films, each about twenty minutes long – and they all celebrate cannabis and the people who are passionate about it. What’s really cool is that each film is directed by someone incredibly talented, making it a true love letter to this amazing plant.

The second season, with five new episodes, continues to share personal stories about how the desire for fame can change people, damage relationships, and cause long-term emotional pain. Viewers will hear directly from people in the entertainment industry, along with insights from Dr. Drew Pinsky and journalist Simone Boyce, who offer expert analysis of the psychological and cultural factors involved.
