
The trailer for The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, the new prequel film, has just been released. Directed by Francis Lawrence, the movie boasts a strong cast including Ralph Fiennes, Jesse Plemons, McKenna Grace, Joseph Zada, Glenn Close, and Kieran Culkin. Set 24 years before the first Hunger Games movie, the story follows a young Haymitch Abernathy (played by Joseph Zada) as he competes in the 50th Hunger Games. You can watch the trailer here…
Just when I thought I couldn’t get more excited, a new poster for Sunrise on the Reaping dropped, and then the trailer! It’s still a ways off, but we’ll finally get to see it in theaters on November 20, 2026. I’m already counting down the days!
