‘Euphoria’ Claims Top Spot on HBO Max Following Season 3 Premiere

Just one day after its return, Sydney Sweeney’s adult-themed HBO series is now the most-watched show on the streaming platform. The psychological thriller first premiered in 2019 and quickly became popular, launching the careers of its young actors. After a four-year wait since Season 2 in 2022, fans are thrilled to have the show back.

Created by Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin, the show initially centered on a 17-year-old recovering drug addict and her diverse group of high school friends. Now in its third season, the series explores the challenges of young adulthood, moving beyond the issues of high school and into the complexities of real-world life.

HBO Max’s hit series Euphoria, originally from Israel, is currently the most popular show on the streaming service. After its Season 3 premiere on Sunday, it jumped to the #1 spot, moving The Pitt to #2. It’s also ahead of other recent favorites like DTF St. Louis and Rooster.
