While you’re eagerly anticipating Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, SRPG Brigandine Abyss could be a great game to play in the meantime.
The newest game in the classic PlayStation 1 series, originally launched in 1998, will be available worldwide on August 26th.
Here’s what the press release has to say:
Brigandine: Abyss is the latest game in a long-running series, set in a brand-new world that’s easy for anyone to pick up and play. Centuries ago, the powerful magical armor known as the Brigandine halted the expansion of the Abyssloa Empire. Now, that empire is back, seeking to conquer everything. Players will fight against the darkness by managing their resources, commanding powerful monsters, and experiencing one of six unique story campaigns.
If you’re looking for a traditional Brigandine game, check out Mission Mode! You can play as any of 24 different factions, each with unique goals to achieve. Whether you want a tough challenge or a more relaxed experience, Brigandine: Abyss offers hundreds of hours of gameplay.
If you’re eager for a new strategy RPG and can’t wait until August 26th, you might enjoy Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia, a reboot of the series that came out a few years ago. It offers a similar gameplay experience.
You can now pre-order Brigandine Abyss on the PlayStation Store! PlayStation Plus members get a 10% discount when they pre-order.
