Whether you prefer watching on TV or listening on the radio, there’s plenty for everyone to enjoy as the hosts get ready for another year of Eurovision.

The BBC will be covering the event for fans right up to the final on Saturday, May 16th, but we’re taking a look at who will be leading the coverage.

Scroll down for everything you need to know about this year’s Eurovision presenters.

Who are the UK Eurovision 2026 presenters?

Graham Norton

I’m excited to announce that the legendary voice of Eurovision is back! He’ll be providing his witty and insightful commentary for the grand final on Saturday, May 16th, starting at 8pm. You can catch it all live on BBC One and stream it on iPlayer. Get ready for a fantastic night!

In the final round, 25 countries, including the UK’s Look Mum No Computer, will compete to be the winner.

Graham Norton expressed his excitement about returning to host the grand finale, describing it as a special opportunity to lead viewers through the celebration of the show’s significant 70th anniversary.

Rylan Clark

Rylan, a passionate fan of the Eurovision Song Contest, will be back to offer his commentary for the semi-finals, broadcasting live on BBC One and iPlayer on Tuesday, May 12th, and Thursday, May 14th, at 8 PM.

Rylan said this year marks the 70th Eurovision Song Contest, calling it the largest show in the world. He expressed his excitement, saying that participating is a dream come true, something he never thought possible when he was younger.

Sara Cox

Sara Cox, the new host of BBC Radio 2’s breakfast show, will also be broadcasting the Eurovision semi-finals for listeners.

On Wednesday, May 13th, from 4 to 7pm, she’ll be broadcasting her show live from Vienna. Tune in for fun and all the latest news about Eurovision as the grand final approaches!

Angela Scanlon

I’m really excited about this year’s Eurovision! Angela Scanlon is going to be one of the hosts, which is fantastic news. And even better, she’ll be teaming up with Rylan Clark – they’re going to be providing commentary during the semi-finals, and I can’t wait to hear what they have to say!

Angela Scanlon described hosting Eurovision as feeling like joining the biggest and most exciting party imaginable – a bit scary, but mostly thrilling! She explained that she and her sisters grew up passionately watching the contest, creating detailed and biased scorecards at home, so being a part of it now – especially during its 70th anniversary – feels incredibly surreal.

This show is a classic – it’s constantly changing, but still manages to be wonderfully unique and exciting. I’ve enjoyed being a part of Eurovision before, and I’m thrilled to be back, this time with even more glamour!

Tia Kofi

Tia Kofi, winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, is reporting behind-the-scenes news and updates from Vienna for the BBC’s online platforms.

Tia will give fans special access to all the performers and a peek behind the scenes at Eurovision. She’ll be reporting live from the event’s turquoise carpet and exploring the Eurovision villa in Vienna.

Tia Kofi is thrilled to return as the BBC’s digital presenter for Eurovision, especially as this year marks the contest’s 70th anniversary. She grew up loving Eurovision and is excited to share the music, celebration, and sense of togetherness with viewers.

This year’s competition is shaping up to be very close, with fantastic songs from all over the world. We’ll see well-known artists like Boy George and Delta Goodrem competing against exciting acts like Look Mum No Computer.

Get ready for an unforgettable year! Austria hasn’t won since Conchita Wurst’s victory in 2014, and now, after 11 years, we’re excited to bring the fun, sparkle, and great music back to Vienna.

The Eurovision Song Contest has received a lot of criticism for letting Israel compete this year, given the current war happening in Gaza.

Several countries are choosing not to participate in the contest this year because the organization in charge, the European Broadcasting Union, decided against banning Israel from competing.

In December 2025, the EBU held a meeting where members voted to create rules preventing governments or outside groups from unfairly pushing certain songs to sway voting results. However, they did not vote on whether Israel would be allowed to participate in the competition.

The European Broadcasting Union announced that most of its members decided another vote on whether to participate wasn’t necessary. They confirmed that the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest will go ahead as scheduled, with extra safety measures added.

After that, Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and Iceland announced they wouldn’t be competing in Eurovision this year.

Ireland’s public broadcaster, RTÉ, has decided not to participate in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, citing the ongoing and devastating loss of life and humanitarian crisis in Gaza. They believe it would be inappropriate to participate given the risks faced by civilians there.

The BBC, the UK broadcaster for the competition, backs the EBU’s decision. In a statement, they explained it’s about following the rules and ensuring inclusivity.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2026 final will take place on Saturday 16 May 2026.
