Supermassive Games’ new game, Directive 8020, is incredibly engaging – it’s like watching a gripping sci-fi series on Netflix from start to finish.

The game is divided into episodes, and each one includes story scenes, gameplay sections, and closing credits.

In total, there are eight episodes in Directive 8020.

So, in this game, each mission isn’t just one long thing – it’s broken down into sections I’m calling ‘turning points’. The cool part is, I can go back to any of these turning points whenever I want and make different choices. That totally changes how things play out, which is awesome!

If a character you like dies in the game, you can always rewind and try to prevent it. Just keep in mind that experiencing loss can also be a rewarding part of the game!

While each episode is designed to be less than an hour long, experimenting with the game’s choices and consequences can easily lead to spending more time exploring each area and its different outcomes.
