LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Deluxe Edition Trailer Highlights Skins and a Playable Joker

Okay, so LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is coming out next week, and I’m super hyped about the Deluxe Edition! It lets you jump in 72 hours early, which is awesome. But the best part? It includes some extra stuff after the game launches, like this ‘Mayhem Mode’ where you actually get to play as the Joker and Harley Quinn! Seriously, who wouldn’t want to cause some LEGO chaos as those two?

I’m super hyped for the new mode dropping in September! They’re even including a story mission where we get to break out of Arkham Asylum – that sounds awesome. Plus, a lot of the cool stuff from the Deluxe Edition is available right away, like the Legacy Collection. That pack has seven outfits, five Batcave decorations, and even the Batmobile from the original Arkham games, which I totally loved. It’s like getting a little piece of those classics in this new game!

The Batman Beyond Pack gives you seven new outfits for characters, plus Terry McGinnis’s cool, hovering Batmobile and five extra decorations for the Batcave, like the Bat Armor and a doghouse for Ace the Bat-Hound. If you’re looking for a party atmosphere, the Party Music Pack includes seven more outfits, a fun Monster Truck Batmobile, and five Batcave props like a stage and lava lamp.

Along with Mayhem Mode, a new “Sinister Pack” will be available, offering seven extra outfits, five new decorations for the Batcave, and a redesigned Batmobile. We’ll share more information about the pack soon.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight arrives on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC on May 22nd. A release date for the Nintendo Switch 2 version hasn’t been announced yet. You can find more information here.
