I was so excited to see a new free game drop on the PlayStation Store! It’s a horror game that was originally on PC a while back, and now it’s finally come to consoles – but only on PS5, which is pretty cool. People who’ve played it seem to be enjoying it, saying it’s a decent game. What’s even better is that it was a totally stealth release and you don’t need a PlayStation Plus subscription to download and play it, which is a nice change!
I was so excited to see that Schizophrenia, the psychological horror game, finally came to PlayStation! I originally saw it on PC last year, and the best part is, it’s free on both Steam and the PlayStation Store – no strings attached! It’s a little on the short side, only about an hour long, but honestly, for a free game, that’s okay with me. The trailer looks really interesting, and it seems like this was mostly a one-person project. Even though it’s a budget title, people seem to be enjoying it – it has a 3.66 out of 5 star rating on the PlayStation Store, which is pretty good!
PS5 Psychological Horror Game
The PlayStation Store doesn’t currently have a description for this new free PS5 game. It’s a first-person psychological horror experience where you play as a man diagnosed with schizophrenia. This puts you in a strange, dark, and unsettling world filled with mysteries and an alternate reality game (ARG). Be aware that the game deals with mature and potentially disturbing themes, making it unsuitable for younger audiences.
The game has a good user review score on the PlayStation Store. While some might suspect this is because it’s free, that’s usually not the case. We know this because games often receive lower ratings after becoming free on PlayStation Plus. When more people can easily access a game, the reviews become more varied, and often less positive.
