It’s Time for the MCU to Move Away From Peter Parker

We’ve seen three actors play Spider-Man in live-action movies, and they’ve all been versions of Peter Parker. Each actor has made the role their own and remains popular with fans – especially after the team-up in Spider-Man: No Way Home. However, focusing solely on Peter Parker for over two decades (since Sam Raimi’s first film in 2002) might be restricting. The comics have featured many other characters as Spider-Man, a point wonderfully showcased in the Spider-Verse animated films. Tom Holland has expressed a willingness to see someone like Miles Morales or Gwen Stacy take on the role next.

It makes sense for Marvel Studios that Tom Holland is considering who might take over as Spider-Man.
