Prime Video’s Hit 4-Part Fantasy Series Releases New Episodes With Outstanding Rotten Tomatoes Score

Prime Video‘s fantasy masterpiece retains its status with new episodes.

As a critic who spends a lot of time with streaming content, I can confidently say Prime Video is a fantastic choice if you’re into genre shows. They really deliver when it comes to fantasy, sci-fi, superhero stories, and more. Everyone talks about The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power – it’s their biggest show, both in terms of budget and how many people are watching. But don’t think that’s all they have! Prime Video boasts a great lineup of fantasy, including The Wheel of Time, The Mighty Nein, the delightfully quirky Good Omens, and another truly exceptional series that’s thankfully returning soon.

Season 4 of The Legend of Vox Machina launched with a perfect 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes, according to the first six reviews. This happened as the first three episodes became available on Prime Video on June 3rd, so the score could change as more reviews come in. This impressive start continues a winning streak for the animated series, as all three previous seasons also received a perfect 100% rating from critics.

As of today, the audience score for season 4 of The Legend of Vox Machina isn’t available yet, as the new episodes haven’t been released on Prime Video. However, looking at the previous seasons on Rotten Tomatoes gives us a good idea of what to expect. All three seasons have been very well-received, with audience scores above 90%. Season 3 has the lowest score at 91%, while season 1 earned 93% and season 2 achieved a near-perfect 97%.

Critics are praising the fourth season of The Legend of Vox Machina. Victoria Luxford of Collider says the season proves the Prime Video fantasy series can still deliver surprises, calling it “a gripping reset.” Craig Elvy from ScreenRant gave the season a 9 out of 10, declaring it the best fantasy series currently available.

The strong start to The Legend of Vox Machina season 4 is a positive sign for the show’s future and the entire franchise. Season 5 has already been greenlit and will conclude the series, and the positive reception to season 4 indicates it’s building towards a satisfying finale. This success also increases anticipation for The Mighty Nein, another fantasy series within the same universe, which will return for a second season following a well-received first season. Like past seasons, the episodes of The Legend of Vox Machina season 4 will be released in weekly batches of three.
