Annapurna Interactive, known for popular indie games, just announced The Lost Wild, a dinosaur-themed survival horror game played from a first-person perspective. You can watch the reveal trailer above, and the game is expected to release on PlayStation 5 next year.
Instead of portraying dinosaurs as scary monsters, The Lost Wild focuses on showing them behaving like natural, wild animals.
You’ll find yourself in a dangerous prehistoric world, right in the middle of the food chain. Survival means staying hidden, being watchful, and avoiding predators. If you’re discovered, you’ll need to either run for your life or try to scare them away with non-lethal tools, creating a thrilling game of chase.
