Could military shooters move beyond the typical drab colors? That’s what Crossfire, a new third-person shooter for PS5 created by developers who previously worked on games like Naughty Dog and Infinity Ward titles, is trying to explore.
The basic idea is this: two enemy agents, Layla and Cross, are forced to team up to fight a dangerous enemy that neither of them could defeat on their own.
I noticed Claudia Doumit in the trailer, which is awesome! The game is giving me serious Spec Ops: The Line vibes, and honestly, that’s a really good thing in my book.
Since there’s no confirmed release date and the trailer shows very early gameplay, it doesn’t seem like the game will be out anytime soon. Still, it looks promising and is worth following for updates.
