West Wilson Addresses Beta Blocker Rumors at Summer House Reunion

As the Summer House reunion heated up, West Wilson remained cool, calm and collected.

Fans noticed that Austen West seemed surprisingly calm when questioned about the drama surrounding his new relationship with Amanda Batula during the season 10 reunion of the Bravo show. So, host Andy Cohen directly asked him what everyone was thinking.

During the June 9th episode, Andy questioned him, saying, “Are you taking something to calm you down?” He noticed everyone gets emotional when discussing the man’s relationship, and the man himself seems unusually calm, so he wanted to know what was happening.

Despite Kanye West’s claim that he was “trying to stay composed” during the unfolding situation, his ex-girlfriend and Amanda’s former close friend, Ciara Miller, responded with a sharp comment, suggesting he might simply be a sociopath.

The 31-year-old admitted he used prescription medication to manage his anxiety before the heated argument with his colleagues.

He confessed he’d taken a beta blocker, wondering if it was suppressing his emotions. He explained that the situation was very important to him and apologized if he didn’t seem upset enough.

The journalist also noted that he didn’t try to comfort his former close friend, Jesse Solomon, who was clearly upset about West’s actions, because Carl Radke was sitting right between them.

He observed that if he were in Carl’s position, he’d give him a hug, but he wasn’t sure if Carl would appreciate it.

Andy continued to press Amanda with difficult questions, asking if her secret relationship with Ciara’s ex was worth losing her friends on the show. Amanda responded that it was too difficult to say at that moment.

Hannah shared with People magazine, shortly after getting engaged in 2021, that they have a fun and easy relationship. “He accepts me for who I am, and we always make each other laugh,” she said.

Everyone who watched Summer House was hoping this couple would last, but sadly, they announced their split in January 2026. They had been married for four years and together for almost a decade.

Kyle shared that nothing could have truly prepared her for a public split, as she discussed during an event with Bravo. She emphasized that Amanda’s well-being was her priority, and she was incredibly grateful for Amanda’s support, acknowledging how difficult the situation has been.

Although they haven’t divorced, Amanda revealed she was starting a relationship with West in March 2026.

Luckily, Des reached out to Hannah through social media in 2020. Later, Luke briefly dated Ciara and then Tayshia Adams, but they broke up in 2025.

Both of the new cast members on season 10 began their time on the show single and looking for love in the summer of 2025, but they quickly became a couple and are still together now.

Carl Radke hasn’t always made the best choices, and his past with one of the Wirkus sisters is a prime example. They were one of the original couples when the show started back in 2017, and honestly, I’m impressed they’ve stayed friends after everything they went through as a couple. It’s not easy!

Everett married Courtney Cavanagh in 2023. Surprisingly, his ex-wife, Lindsay, attended the wedding, which took place in Ireland, suggesting they remain on good terms.

Looking back at 2021, it was awkward to see how things unfolded between Ciara and Luke. Despite a short-lived romance, they eventually became friends—though their relationship was a bit rocky—which led to Ciara joining the cast of Summer House.

Danielle revealed in 2023 to The Daily Dish that her ex is now with a coworker – someone she’d previously confronted him about during their breakup, but he’d dismissed her concerns as unfounded. She added with a knowing tone, ‘Women’s intuition is always right.’

Danielle has since gone public with new boyfriend, tech entrepreneur Eoin Heavey.

Their relationship in 2018 was very short-lived, it’s hard to believe they were ever together. Although there was some drama when they dated, they ended things amicably—Carl even expressed sadness when Paige left Summer House in 2025.
