Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles might make you blink twice.

Following the announcement of an engagement between the actress known for playing Batgirl and the singer of “As It Was,” observant fans have spotted what appear to be matching tattoos on the couple.

A recent Instagram post by British Vogue revealed a new tattoo on Zoë Kravitz’s back. The tattoo, which says “LET IT RIP” in capital letters, was spotted in a preview for her upcoming cover story.

The tattoo seems to be a match for a new one Harry Styles, 32, recently showed off during his European tour. It displays the same phrase as a tattoo he has on his right arm, located above a palm tree design.

Lenny Kravitz and Harry Styles haven’t shared what their new tattoos mean to them personally. However, fans have pointed out the phrase has become popular again recently, partly because it’s featured on the TV show The Bear.

The couple recently got matching tattoos, shortly after Zoë Kravitz was spotted in London with a diamond ring, suggesting a possible engagement.

Jenna Dewan, who separated from her ex-fiancé Channing Tatum in October 2024, sparked engagement rumors when she attended the Met Gala in May. She and her stylist intentionally disguised a diamond ring among her other jewelry, adding to the speculation.

Although Kravitz and Styles—linked romantically in the summer of 2025—have generally kept their relationship private, Styles has openly discussed how his views on marriage and the future have changed after taking a two-year break from public life.

Styles explained to Zane Lowe of Apple Music that constantly touring and working leaves little room for personal choice. He had to seriously consider what he wanted his life to be like in five years and then make changes to work towards that goal.

He explained that he simply wants a meaningful life filled with strong connections – close friendships, loving family, and a sense of fulfillment.

He also spent time thinking about what qualities he wanted in a partner and what would make a relationship perfect for him.
