Drew Sidora’s RHOA Salary Revealed Amid Ralph Pittman Divorce

Drew Sidora‘s salary from The Real Housewives of Atlanta is something to sing about.

Court documents filed as part of Shereé Whitfield’s divorce from Ralph Pittman—whom she split from in 2023 after eight years of marriage—showed her income, including how much she earns from being on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Sidora, 41, made just over $352,000 in 2023 for being a main cast member on season 15 of the show. Her salary increased to $380,000—or $22,500 per episode—in 2024 for season 16, where her children, Josiah, 14, Machai, 10, and Aniya, 8, also made appearances.

According to official documents, Sidora earned approximately $465,000 for the seventeenth season of filming, averaging $26,000 per episode.

Drew Sidora’s income extends beyond her salary from Bravo. Court documents reveal the actress, known for her roles in films like Step Up and White Chicks, earned $19,000 in residuals and royalties, plus an additional $83,000 from other projects in 2024.

The court decided that Sidora must pay Pittman $2,218 each month for child support for their children, Machai and Aniya, according to court documents. Pittman will also keep their $1.9 million house, but he has to pay Sidora approximately $145,000 as part of the agreement.

As a longtime fan, I was really following the details of the case, and it looks like Sidora is keeping their Cadillac Escalade and their family dog, which is good to hear! Also, she’s going back to using her birth name, Drew Jordan, instead of Pittman. It’s a big change, but seems like a step forward for her.

The name change is significant because, in season 13, Sidora and Pittman celebrated her taking his last name during an anniversary dinner. However, the celebration quickly turned tense when Sidora confronted Pittman about a surprise three-day trip he’d taken to Florida.

The show has continued to depict the deterioration of their marriage, even showing Pittman being ordered by the courts to live in the basement of their home in 2024.

Now that Sidora’s financial information is public, she’s not alone – many other celebrities have had their salaries revealed. Read on to discover how much other stars earn.

Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence was paid $25 million to star in Adam McKay’s ensemble disaster comedy Don’t Look Up. But her costar and fellow Oscar winner Leonardo DiCapriogot $30 million.

“Look, Leo brings in more box office than I do,” Lawrence told Vanity Fair for its’ December 2020/January 2021 issue. “I’m extremely fortunate and happy with my deal. But in other situations, what I have seen—and I’m sure other women in the workforce have seen as well—is that it’s extremely uncomfortable to inquire about equal pay. And if you do question something that appears unequal, you’re told it’s not gender disparity but they can’t tell you what exactly it is.”

Jennifer Lawrence’s optimistic outlook didn’t come easily. When the 2014 Sony email leak showed she was paid less than her male co-stars in the 2013 film American Hustle, it sparked a widespread discussion about unequal pay for women in Hollywood.

In a 2017 interview with Channel 4 News, Lawrence explained she wasn’t worried about her income. She said, ‘I wasn’t upset about how much money I made on a film – that’s just silly. What bothered me was the injustice and the gap between how different people are treated.’

Less comparable to DiCaprio’s salary: The $60,000 “before commissions and taxes” that Jonah Hill was paid for 2013’s The Wolf of Wall Street, while the titular wolf made $10 million.

In a 2014 interview on The Howard Stern Show, Hill said he was offered very little money for the role. However, he was eager to appear in a Martin Scorsese film and wanted to finalize the deal quickly, before anyone had a chance to reconsider.

Hill, a two-time Best Supporting Actor nominee known for playing a nervous, drug-using stockbroker, said he’d be willing to sacrifice everything to work with director Martin Scorsese. He explained that while films like 22 Jump Street help pay the bills, true fulfillment comes from pursuing passion projects. He’d gladly do it all over again, emphasizing that working on something you believe in is more important than financial gain.

Although winning the mirrorball trophy on Dancing With the Stars doesn’t come with a cash prize, all finalists are paid throughout the season, and receive a bonus, according to season 33 winner Jenna Johnson, who took home the prize with partner Joey Graziadei.

Johnson explained that winning doesn’t come with a huge financial reward – it’s more about the trophy. She also clarified that contestants are guaranteed a spot on the show for a certain number of weeks. While reports suggest dancer salaries begin around $1,200 to $1,600 per episode and can reach $100,000 for the season (though ABC hasn’t confirmed this), celebrities start at a $125,000 salary. As they progress, celebrities earn bonuses, with those reaching the semifinals and finals potentially receiving an additional $50,000.

The actress hinted that the main cast of Friends—Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, David Schwimmer, and Matt LeBlanc—each earn around $20 million yearly from the show’s continued broadcasts. She jokingly told The Times in April 2026 that the reason for this is likely “Because Phoebe Buffay was so great!”

But in actuality, she praised the talents of her costars for their performances.

I thought my performance was decent, but Jennifer and Courteney were incredible! David and Matt had me cracking up, and Matthew—he was in a league of his own.

According to Joe Giudice, he and his ex-wife, Teresa Giudice, barely earned anything for the first season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. He said on his daughter Gia Giudice’s Casual Chaos podcast in August 2025 that their pay was around $25,000, which he considered very low, but they accepted it.

Creating the first season of the show wasn’t inexpensive. The father of four remembered, “I believe hosting that large party in my living room alone cost me $150,000 in the first year.”

Oprah Winfrey happily accepted only a little bit of green to star in 1985’s The Color Purple.

In a 2023 interview with Essence, the media billionaire said they were initially offered just $35,000 for the film, but it turned out to be the most valuable $35,000 they ever made. They explained that the experience was transformative and a great learning opportunity.

When she scored the role of late Tejana singer Selena Quintanilla in the 1997 biopic Selena, Jennifer Lopez became the first Latina actress to earn $1 million for a film.

Looking back at her first big film, Lopez admitted to Variety in 2019 that she was naive at the time and didn’t fully understand what was happening. She was thrilled they offered her a million dollars, and she believes everyone involved was trying to prove a point.

This success allowed her to earn hundreds of millions of dollars more, and often she doesn’t even need to invest any money of her own.

“I do things because I love them,” Lopez explained to GQ in 2019. “I didn’t get paid a whole bunch of money for Hustlers. I did it for free and produced it. I bank on myself, you know? Like Jenny From the Block—I do what I love.”

Adrien Brody wasn’t motivated by money when he made The Brutalist. He chose the role of a struggling Hungarian architect in post-World War II America, and it earned him his second Best Actor Oscar, despite a relatively modest salary of $250,000.

Brody told Variety he’s ready for a big studio film, explaining he’s invested everything he has into renovating a large, castle-like barn in upstate New York.

When asked how he spent his first paycheck from Saturday Night Live, Pete Davidson joked to New York magazine, “Do you know how much we make?” He explained that he earned around $3,000 per episode when he was hired at age 20 in 2014, adding, “So I think I just bought dinner.”

It’s notable that pay for new cast members on Saturday Night Live has stayed consistent over the years. In 1975, the original season one stars – John Belushi, Jane Curtin, Gilda Radner, Dan Aykroyd, and Chevy Chase – each reportedly earned $750 per episode. When adjusted for inflation, that’s about $3,300 in 2014, and approximately $4,428 in 2025.

Kenan Thompson earns significantly more than $3,000 per episode of SNL these days, especially since he’s in his 22nd season. However, he began his career like everyone else, starting from the beginning.

“That first commercial when they paid me, it was $800,” the All That alum revealed in Demi Lovato‘s 2024 documentary Child Star. “I was 12 so that may as well have been a million dollars.”

It turns out Gilmore Girls’ status as a beloved rewatchable classic is literally priceless.

Lauren Graham, best known for playing Lorelai Gilmore for seven seasons and in the 2016 revival Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, recently shared that she doesn’t receive any ongoing payments (residuals) from Netflix. She jokingly explained this on Jimmy Kimmel Live in March 2025, saying she’s been compensated with ‘love and appreciation’ instead.

Feeling not so appreciated, Tommy Dorfman got specific about her 13 Reasons Why paycheck during the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike—which was prompted in part (as was the WGA strike) by streamers like Netflix not making it a practice to pay additional compensation to cast and crew once a show had become a big hit.

Dorfman revealed on Threads on July 24th that she earned $29,953.24 for the first season of 13 Reasons Why before her agency and manager took their 20% cut and taxes were taken out. She worked on 8 episodes over six months, doing all the promotional work and appearing in key artwork for the show. She also traveled frequently between New York City and San Francisco to film, often working for days without pay and barely qualifying for health insurance.

Dorfman also noted that the show’s first season quickly became incredibly popular, racking up 476 million hours of viewing within the first 28 days – and that’s why they decided to go on strike.

I listen to Dax Shepard’s podcast regularly, and he recently had Lauren Graham on as a guest. He was telling her – without getting into specifics about who earned what – that he was pretty sure he was one of the lowest-paid actors on Parenthood during its six seasons on NBC. It was interesting to hear him talk so openly about that!

But, the Armchair Expert host stressed that he did not mind.

Before becoming a parent, I always made it a priority to find out how much my colleagues were earning. I’d either ask them directly or discreetly check through my agent to get the information.

So he made a point to purposely not seek out such info about his Parenthood family, which helped with enjoying the experience even when he did get an inkling of where he was on the pay pyramid.

In 2005, George Clooney told the Los Angeles Times that he and Grant Heslov each only made one dollar from the film Good Night, and Good Luck. Clooney explained that to get the movie made, he had to cash his check for directing and forgo his salary as an actor. Heslov, who also co-wrote and co-produced the film, did the same.

George Clooney’s passion project, a play about CBS News journalist Edward R. Murrow and his courageous reporting in the 1950s, proved highly successful. Clooney made his Broadway debut playing Murrow, concluding his run in June 2025. Even before its official opening on April 3rd, the play earned a record-breaking $3.3 million during previews (for a non-musical), demonstrating its popularity and financial success – far exceeding a simple $1 profit.

Christian Bale revealed in a 2022 interview with GQ that he was paid very little for his role as Patrick Bateman in the 2000 film American Psycho. He explained that the production didn’t initially want to cast him, and he was only hired because director Mary Harron was a supporter.

Bale recalled earning so little during one job that the makeup artists on set actually laughed at him, telling him he was paid less than they were.

No, the Game of Thrones cast didn’t get paid $300,000 per episode, according to Emilia Clarke.

Looking back, it’s funny to think about how little we actually made! I was chatting with Variety a while back, and I realized – with that kind of money, I could have been cruising around in a couple of Porsches! It just goes to show, doesn’t it?

The actress, best known for her role as Daenerys Targaryen on HBO from 2011 to 2019, shared that her earnings from the show allowed her to pay off her parents’ home loan.

Although his uncle was Rico, Jon Heder revealed in 2010 that he originally earned just $1,000 for his role in Napoleon Dynamite.

Once the unexpectedly successful comedy film took off, he successfully asked for a share of the earnings. He told the New Zealand Herald that his request resulted in a better deal, saying, “They increased the offer.”

Despite a successful career with acclaimed films like Amistad and Blood Diamond, Djimon Hounsou believes he doesn’t earn enough money in Hollywood.

Speaking with CNN’s Larry Madowo in January 2025, the Beninese actor explained that despite working in film for over twenty years, and having received two Oscar nominations and appeared in numerous blockbuster movies, he still finds it difficult to make a living.

In her 2024 memoir, Rebel Rising, Rebel Wilson revealed she earned $3,500 for her role in Bridesmaids. However, she had to use the entire amount to pay her Screen Actors Guild initiation fees, meaning she effectively didn’t receive any money for the film.

Still, she wrote, the experience was “everything!”

The Australian actress’s career soared, and her salary grew dramatically from $65,000 for the 2012 film Pitch Perfect to $10 million for Pitch Perfect 3 in 2017. She earned a total of $20 million from Pitch Perfect 3, Isn’t It Romantic, and The Hustle. However, after paying nearly 50% in taxes, 10% to her agents, and 5% to her lawyer, as well as covering the costs of her publicist, business manager, and assistant, she still considered her earnings a huge success.

In late 2017, Ellen Pompeo successfully negotiated a new contract for her role on Grey’s Anatomy. The deal paid her $575,000 per episode, included a substantial signing bonus, and gave her a stake in the show’s profits, estimated to be worth between $6 and $7 million.

In a 2018 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, 48-year-old Pompeo explained that she’s reached a point in her career where she confidently asks for fair compensation. She attributes this to gaining experience with age. While she acknowledges the industry sees her as less ‘relevant’ after playing the same character for 14 years, she argues that maintaining quality performance over such a long period is a true talent. She points out that it’s easy to be good in the first couple seasons of a show, but staying good after 14 years requires a special skillset.

Ellen Pompeo recently shared that she didn’t resent her “Grey’s Anatomy” costar, Patrick Dempsey, despite consistently earning less than him, even though her character was the show’s namesake.

In a March 2025 episode of her podcast, Call Her Daddy, she explained that because the show was named after her, she felt she deserved equal recognition. She wasn’t upset about his success, but rather that her contributions weren’t valued as highly, and she believed that would always be the case.

Jamie Lee Curtis remembers earning $2,000 per week, totaling $8,000, for her first movie, the 1978 film Halloween. As she explained to Rotten Tomatoes in 2018, essentially no one involved with the film received significant payment.

Although the lead actress made a good amount of money, director John Carpenter’s friend, Nick Castle, felt very fortunate earning $25 a day to share the role of Michael Myers. (Actually, Anthony Moran is the face you briefly see when the killer’s mask comes off, and editor Tommy Lee Wallace also appeared on screen as Michael.)

As Castle, a USC film school classmate of Carpenter, told Vanity Fair in 2018, it felt like a big deal back then. He explained that he was mainly interested in being on set to learn about filmmaking and directing, and he was prepared to work for free. Getting paid $25 a day just for wearing a rubber mask was a nice surprise!

Taraji P. Henson was nominated for an Oscar for her supporting role in the 2008 film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. However, she was still frustrated years later that she only received $150,000 for the movie, despite initially requesting $500,000.

In a 2021 interview on the Ladies First With Laura Brown podcast, producer Scott Henson discussed the high salaries of the film’s stars, Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. He noted that $20 million paychecks for actors were less common at the time, but he believed Pitt and Blanchett deserved their compensation.

Taraji P. Henson explained that she was also bringing value to the project and believed her salary request was reasonable, considering how much the film would likely earn. She said she wouldn’t have accepted less. Henson was very disappointed when she initially received an offer of only $100,000. Ultimately, she negotiated her salary up to $150,000, but felt she had to compromise to get it.

Breaking it down, “I know people go, ‘$150,000, that’s a lot of money!’” Henson acknowledged. “I don’t ever want people to think that I’m ungrateful because that is not me.” But, she calculated, “Uncle Sam is going to take 50 percent of that, so now you’re left with, what? $75,000. Now before Uncle Sam takes the money, I have to pay my team before taxes, 30 percent. So once Uncle Sam takes his 75, then I got another 30 that’s coming off of that 75, so I may have made $40,000?”

Although Cate Blanchett has earned a significant income throughout her career, her role as the elf Galadriel in the incredibly successful The Lord of the Rings films – which made $2.9 billion worldwide – wasn’t her sole source of income.

When Andy Cohen suggested on Watch What Happens Live in August 2024 that The Lord of the Rings was her highest-paying role, she jokingly replied, “No!” She explained that the cast didn’t actually receive much money for the film – she mostly got free sandwiches and was allowed to keep her prosthetic ears.

Orlando Bloom, known for his role as Legolas in The Lord of the Rings trilogy, revealed on The Howard Stern Show in 2023 that he earned only $175,000 for all three films. It wasn’t a large sum of money, he noted.

Hopefully he also got to keep his ears.
