Teresa Giudice’s Daughter Milania Giudice, 20, Arrested for Assault

Milania Giudice is facing legal troubles. 

Gia Giudice, 20, who appears on The Real Housewives of New Jersey with her mother, Teresa Giudice, was arrested on May 14th in Montville, New Jersey, and charged with assault, police say.

On June 11th, the Montville Township Police Department responded to a reported disagreement at a local home, according to Police Chief Andrew Caggiano. The investigation led to Milania Giudice being charged with simple assault, according to a statement from the department.

She was released pending her next court appearance, per police. 

The statement emphasizes that a criminal complaint is simply an accusation, not proof of wrongdoing. The defendant is considered innocent until proven guilty in court, and that guilt must be established beyond any reasonable doubt.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Milania is facing an assault charge, which in New Jersey is considered a minor offense. She hasn’t entered a plea yet regarding the charge, which stems from an incident that reportedly happened at 6:12 p.m.

TopMob News has reached out to Milania’s rep for comment but has not yet heard back. 

Teresa’s daughter, Milania, attends the University of Tampa, where she’s studying public relations and is part of the Sigma Delta Tau sorority. Teresa also shares daughters Gia, 25, Gabriella, 21, and Audriana, 16, with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice.

Teresa excitedly congratulated her daughter Milania on getting into the University of Tampa in a 2025 Instagram post. She expressed her immense love and pride, saying she couldn’t wait to see all Milania would achieve during her college years and encouraging her to make her proud.

And the mother-daughter bond featured throughout 14 seasons of the Bravo series runs deep. 

Milania shared a heartfelt message on Instagram celebrating her mother Teresa’s 2022 wedding to Luis “Louie” Ruelas. She wrote that every time she looks at her mother, she’s amazed by her beauty, and was left speechless seeing her on her wedding day, adding that Teresa is beautiful both inside and out.

Milania signed off the heartfelt note by adding, “I love you beyond words, Mommy. Sempre Insieme.”

Aydin and Cabral had a physical altercation earlier this season after Aydin accused Cabral of using funds from a charity event to cover her own expenses. Tensions flared up again at a dinner, where Aydin repeated the accusation, suggesting Cabral couldn’t afford to host the lavish events she puts on.

“You want my life. I get it,” Aydin taunted her. “You get to my house, ‘This is what I want.’”

Cabral responded angrily, saying he didn’t want anything from the other person, pointing out they had a lavish house with eighteen bathrooms but no one living in it.

Cabral also targeted her colleague’s marriage to Bill Aydin, saying, “You seem unhappy, and I know you’re hurting. I know you cry when you’re by yourself at home. When I get home, my husband is there waiting for me.”

Aydin sharply retorted, “Your husband with the boobs?” This comment caused Cabral to throw a pitcher across the table, leading producers to escort her from the room.

After Cabral’s angry reaction, Giudice scolded her fellow cast members. Gorga pointed out the irony, reminding everyone that Giudice herself had famously flipped a table in the past.

“Stop it! You’re the one who sets the example here!” Gorga said to her sister-in-law, with whom she’s currently not speaking. She then added, “They simply copied what you do, and you’re a mess!”

During the excavation, Giudice repeatedly used profanity, shouting insults, and also made a highly offensive remark about his brother’s wife.

With the first two interactions resulting in utter chaos, Fessler had had enough of the volatility.

She announced she was leaving, upset with the situation. “I can’t deal with this,” she said. “You’ve all become accustomed to this awful behavior, and I can’t stand it. It’s just disgusting, and I need to leave.”

Speaking privately, Fessler, who helped organize the peace talks with Catania, expressed his frustration, saying, “In my experience, people either destroy things or share a meal – those two things don’t usually happen at the same time. It’s like the opportunity for peace has passed.”

Teresa Giudice and her sister-in-law had a heated exchange, continuing their conflict sparked by Teresa’s earlier accusation that her brother John Fuda was involved with drugs.

“You have no right to discuss my husband,” Fuda shouted at her rival. “Stop talking about him!”

After Fuda made fun of Giudice, Giudice responded with a string of curse words, which only made the situation worse. In retaliation, she then criticized Giudice’s plastic surgery.

Fuda angrily responded, telling the other person to stop talking about her stepfather, and accusing them of needing to be controlled.

Giudice’s reply? “She’s a joke.”

Giudice then turned her anger towards Josephs, accusing him of previously trying to find damaging information about her husband by speaking with his ex-wife, Marisa Ruelas, who he’s currently involved in a legal battle with following their difficult split.

Josephs claimed she hadn’t spoken to his former partner until 2022 and denied sharing any private information about Ruelas with the media. However, Giudice wasn’t convinced by her explanation.

She told us, ‘Margaret is a liar.’ We knew she was communicating with this person, which is why we called her to court, but she didn’t appear. If she were telling the truth, she’d have no reason to avoid coming to court and confirming she wasn’t talking to them.

Giudice then angrily confronted her colleague, harshly criticizing Josephs and calling her husband, Joe Benigno, a plumber in a disparaging way.

However, Josephs then made a shocking accusation that stunned everyone. She claimed Goldschneider—who surprisingly became friends with her previous rival this season—had invited Ruelas’ ex-girlfriend to her home in 2021, just before the embarrassing video of him surfaced online.

After Goldschneider first said it didn’t happen, Gorga told her, “Just admit it if it’s true, because I’m certain there’s evidence.”

Goldscneider confirmed the story was accurate. Surprisingly, Giudice didn’t seem bothered by the betrayal and kept focusing her anger on Josephs.

I spoke with her,” Goldschneider explained to Giudice, referring to her former spouse. “We really didn’t get along, and you targeted my husband. But honestly, I’m relieved you knew, because I always worried you’d eventually discover it.

Once Giudice spread a rumor about Evan Goldschneider’s infidelity, Jackie understood why she did it.

Giudice explained in a private interview that Jackie reaching out to this person made sense to her. Jackie believed Giudice was intentionally trying to harm her reputation with the rumor about Evan, but Giudice insists that wasn’t her intention, and she swears it on her children.

After several failed efforts to repair their friendships, the group realized they couldn’t continue working together.

Honestly, today’s meeting felt like a total waste of time. I was really hoping we’d make some progress, but everyone left feeling exactly as they did when they arrived – no closer to a solution. It was just frustrating, to be frank.

Catania was devastated by what had happened. In a private moment, she admitted, “We used to be a family, but we’ve lost that.” She wondered how things had fallen apart, explaining that the group’s issues stemmed from unresolved hatred that had grown over time. She described the atmosphere as deeply toxic, and the current situation felt like a final ending – ‘like a death,’ she said.

A montage of happy memories from the cast strongly suggested this is the end of the current season for the Garden State Housewives.
