Milania Guidice Shares Cryptic Messages After Assault Arrest

Milania Giudice doesn’t want anyone throwing stones.

Following the public disclosure of her 20-year-old’s arrest for assault on May 14th, Milania posted a number of puzzling messages on social media.

Milania posted a message to her Instagram Story on June 12th that said, “None of us are better than anyone else. Stay humble.”

A student at the University of Tampa, who is also featured on The Real Housewives of New Jersey with her mother, Teresa Giudice, recently posted content related to motherhood.

One person shared a heartfelt message saying they and their mother are so close that they sometimes forget they’re even talking to her. Another expressed hope that their mom never doubts how much she mattered, adding that countless small acts have profoundly impacted their life.

Milania’s reposts come on the heels of her arrest becoming public knowledge June 11.

The alleged incident occurred in in Montville, New Jersey, according to local law enforcement. 

On June 11th, the Montville Township Police Department responded to a reported disagreement at a local home, according to Police Chief Andrew Caggiano. Following an investigation, Milania Giudice was charged with simple assault.

According to New Jersey law and court documents obtained by Page Six, Milania faces a disorderly persons offense following a reported incident that occurred at 6:12 p.m. As of June 11th, she had not yet entered a plea in the case.

Police confirmed she was released pending her next court appearance. 

The statement emphasizes that a criminal complaint is simply an accusation. Even with this accusation, the defendant is considered innocent until proven guilty in court, and that guilt must be established beyond a reasonable doubt.
