David Beckham‘s family is spicing up his latest milestone.
Former soccer player David Beckham received the 2,849th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. His wife, Victoria Beckham, and their children – Romeo, 23; Cruz, 21; and Harper, 14 – were there to support him.
At the June 12th event, David—recognized in sports entertainment—expressed his gratitude, beginning with his teammates and supporters. He then thanked his wonderful family, including his parents and sisters, who have always believed in him. He especially acknowledged his wife, Victoria, of nearly 30 years, saying he couldn’t have achieved this success or enjoyed it without her. He shared that his children are his biggest motivation each day.
He paused, clearly moved. “I might get a little emotional,” he said. “I hope someday you kids will bring your own children here and tell them about a boy who dared to dream. Making you all proud has been the best thing in my life. I’m so thankful for each of you. I love you all, and thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
To celebrate the special occasion, David Beckham was joined by friends including Tom Cruise and Robbie Keane. Beckham wore a classic blue suit, and his wife, a former Spice Girl, looked elegant in a long-sleeved, midi-length dress.
David Beckham, age 51, was at the event with his children Victoria, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. However, their oldest son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, and his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham, who are currently not on good terms with the family, were absent.

Everyone faces challenges,” David said. “It’s just a natural part of being in a relationship, getting married, raising kids, and handling life’s responsibilities.
He and Victoria, 52, have also passed those beliefs on to their kids, too.
He explained that their family is very close-knit, thanks to good parenting and a strong upbringing with solid values. He acknowledged that everyone makes mistakes and that marriage can be challenging, but emphasized the importance of working through those difficulties together.
