I just watched the new Marvel’s Wolverine trailer, and they flashed through some different levels at the very end. Honestly, I got really excited when I saw a quick shot of what looked like a fight on top of a city – it was only for about a second, but it looked awesome!
This scene promises to be a major highlight in the new PlayStation 5 game’s worldwide adventure, and the developers at Insomniac have just revealed that part of the story will unfold in Tokyo.
They haven’t released any new videos, but they posted a short clip from the scene online with the message: “Head to Tokyo – it’s an important setting in the upcoming Marvel’s Wolverine game!”
The game’s story will take Logan on a global journey, and we now know Japan is one of the countries he’ll visit – which is great news!
The video mainly shows a cityscape, likely Shibuya, but a quick view of a building in the distance caught our attention – it’s the Roxxon Corporation. For fans of Marvel comics, Roxxon is a well-known and important organization.
I enjoy a great adventure game, and I recently loved 007 First Light. Although Marvel’s Wolverine will be quite different, I’m really looking forward to playing as Logan and causing some mayhem with his claws.
