Sony encourages you to game on the PlayStation 5, but they also support using the DualSense controller with your PC.
Connecting a DualSense controller to a computer can be tricky, but a dedicated developer is trying to improve compatibility.
The latest test version of DSX is looking very promising. It now lets you use a PlayStation 5 controller wirelessly over Bluetooth, which is a first for the software.
Previously, to get the most out of compatible games – like enhanced vibrations – you had to connect your controller with a USB cable. This update fixes that, allowing these features wirelessly. It also lets the controller handle sound directly.
The latest app update, version 3.2, includes several improvements that users are enjoying. However, the biggest highlight is the full Bluetooth support for the DualSense controller. Keep in mind this feature is currently in beta and might still need some adjustments before it works perfectly.
