Zendaya Reveals Favorite Part About Husband Tom Holland as Spider-Man

Zendaya is swinging in with her appreciation for Tom Holland.

The actress from Spider-Man: Brand New Day expressed her affection for her husband and praised his performance as Spider-Man, noting that he embodies the character’s positive qualities even when he’s not acting.

Zendaya recently told Fandango that what she loves most about Tom Holland’s portrayal of Spider-Man is how he embodies Peter Parker when he’s not in the suit. She explained that many people – particularly young fans and children – really connect with both the superhero and his everyday persona.

He’s carried the pressure of the role beautifully,” she said. “He truly connects with the character and understands how important it is to others.

The Emmy-winning actor is especially impressed with Holland’s ability to connect with children, noting he quickly understood that when performing for them, he truly becomes Spider-Man in their eyes.

Zendaya, who stars as MJ alongside Tom Holland’s Peter Parker, told him she enjoys watching how he embodies the spirit of Spider-Man even when he’s not filming.

Zendaya admires Tom Holland’s work in movies, and he appreciates her support as they both navigate their careers within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

I’ve always admired how grounded they are. In a recent interview with Esquire, they explained that their work can be incredibly demanding, and having a strong, lasting relationship is what really keeps them balanced and stable through it all. It’s so clear how much that support means to them.

The actor, who starred in Odyssey, explained that they and their partner share a unique understanding and support system. They feel incredibly fortunate to have this deep connection, saying they can’t imagine finding it with anyone else.

Tom Holland recently confirmed he’s married to Zendaya and spoke enthusiastically about their relationship. He described her as his “person,” explaining that she is his best friend and makes him incredibly happy. He also shared that he feels more supported and safe with her than ever before.

After their third Spider-Man film hit theaters, Zendaya heaped praise over her leading man.

She excitedly told Tom Holland how proud she was of his work as Spider-Man, adding that some things are reliably great – and tagging his Instagram handle (@tomholland2013).

The couple celebrated a late Valentine’s Day with a stylish night out in New York City on February 16th.

Tom shared a striking new photo on Instagram to celebrate his 27th birthday, playfully calling it “possibly the sexiest picture ever taken of me!” Zendaya responded with a heart-eyes emoji, clearly impressed.

As a huge Zendaya fan, I loved seeing her get into character for Challengers! She totally reminded me of Tashi Duncan while she was at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells with Tom and her assistant, Darnell Appling, watching the men’s final. It felt like a little sneak peek of the movie!

The two enjoyed a night out in London.

Oh my gosh, you guys, it was EVERYTHING! I’m still reeling from seeing pictures of Zendaya waiting for Tom after his Romeo and Juliet debut in London. And get this – they were HOLDING HANDS! Seriously, holding hands! It just confirmed everything. She flew all the way to support him and they looked absolutely adorable together. My heart could not handle it!

When Tom launched his new non-alcoholic beer brand, Bero, Zendaya supported him while wearing a matching burgundy outfit.

While visiting Zendaya on the set of her movie, The Drama, in Newbury, Massachusetts, the pair went out for a beer from Bero.

Tom announced on Instagram that he was going to try a ‘Bero’ – a new drink, apparently – at a bar. He shared a photo of his smiling girlfriend and promised to update everyone on how it tasted.
