
I’m so excited! One of my favorite Isekai anime, which you can stream on Crunchyroll, is getting a special episode next month, and they just released a sneak peek! It’s been amazing lately for anyone who loves Isekai – we’re getting tons of new shows all the time, plus a lot of existing series are continuing with sequels and more. But this particular show is doing something a little different with how it’s continuing the story, which I think is really cool!
The anime series I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too finished its first season in 2023 without announcing any further plans. However, it has now been revealed that instead of a second season, a new special episode will be released this March. You can get a sneak peek at the special below.
I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World Anime Special First Look Released

The TV special for I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too is coming in late March, continuing the story after the first season of the anime. While a specific date hasn’t been revealed yet, the special is expected to be released towards the end of the month. Currently, there’s no information available about when it will be available outside of Japan.
The anime series based on the light novel I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too aired one season in 2023. This new special marks the franchise’s return after three years. The special will introduce a new villain, the Fist Saint, who Yuya must face. Hopefully, this is just the beginning of more anime based on this series.

You can now watch the first season of I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too on Crunchyroll. While it’s not a complete second season, there’s a possibility Crunchyroll will also stream the new special episode. We’ll find out closer to its release. The returning cast and crew from the first season suggest it will be just as good!
I remember when this Isekai anime first showed up on Crunchyroll – it had potential, but honestly, so many others came out around the same time that it kinda got lost in the shuffle. I’m really excited this new special is giving it another chance to shine, and I’m hoping it’ll bring in a whole new wave of fans!
