Antonblast, an action platformer heavily inspired by the Wario series, is scheduled to release on PlayStation next year.
The game came out on Nintendo Switch and PC in late 2024 and was quickly praised by both critics and gamers.
The port to PS5 and PS4 was announced during this Awesome Console Showcase:
Antonblast is a quick and exciting platformer where destroying things is a key part of the gameplay, much like the Wario Land games.
You quickly power through each level, breaking everything around you with a powerful hammer and gaining speed to finish stages as fast as possible. Then, you race back to the beginning!

The game features a charming art style reminiscent of the Game Boy Advance, and it’s surprisingly well-done. Expect bold outlines, vibrant colors, and characters full of personality.
This one seems really interesting, and we’re excited to see if it lives up to the hype when it’s released next year.
