Adam Levine Says This Icon Performed At His, Behati Prinsloo’s Wedding

Adam Levine is proud he added a little sweetness to his wedding.

Maroon 5’s Adam Levine recently shared that he chose Stevie Nicks’ classic song “Leather and Lace” (from 1981) as a special dedication to his wife, Behati Prinsloo, when they got married in 2014.

During the March 23rd episode of The Voice, Adam described a particular song as one of his all-time favorites. He shared that he even sang it with Stevie Nicks at his wedding to his wife, adding, “It really happened!” He was visibly moved recalling the moment, saying he sometimes has to remind himself it was real, especially after seeing his contestants, Drew Russell and Jared Shoemaker, perform it during the Battle of Championships.

It turns out the 47-year-old actually performed this wedding song live! He and Fleetwood Mac’s singer sang “Leather and Lace” together back in 2011. They teamed up again over ten years later on a Maroon 5 song called “Remedy,” and he later complimented her talent and willingness to collaborate.

Adam shared with iHeartRadio in 2021 that he and another person have a special connection that’s been building for some time. He expressed his deep affection for her, noting she’s inspired him for years and that he always believed their voices would harmonize beautifully.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo got married in Mexico a year after he proposed. They recently celebrated their 10th anniversary there in 2024. Behati shared a photo on Instagram of the beautiful pearl white dress she wore – a vintage Mugler gown from a 1999 fashion show. The couple and their three children – daughters Dusty Rose, 9, and Gio Grace, 7, and a 2-year-old son – enjoyed spending time together, even taking a family golf cart ride.

When Behati Prinsloo walked the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway for the twelfth time last October, she felt especially supported by her children, who gave her the confidence to do so.

“My family is wonderful – they’re all watching from home,” she shared with TopMob News after the show. “They’re really excited, and my daughters always love seeing the wings and everything glamorous.”

Dusty Rose and Gio Grace love all things glamorous and aren’t afraid of becoming models someday.

As a mom, I’m always asked about my kids’ futures, and honestly, they’re still so young! It’s sweet to watch them dream. My daughter, for example, is currently all about being an artist one minute and a basketball star the next! They’re really enjoying just being kids and exploring what sparks their interest, and that’s what matters most right now.
