Robert Patrick, known for his role as Auggie Smith in Peacemaker, has suggested he might be back for more DC Universe projects. While there’s no official word on a second season of the show or his involvement, he recently hinted that anything is possible, which has gotten fans excited.
Robert Patrick on if he could return after Peacemaker Season 2
Robert Patrick has opened up about the possibility of returning to the Peacemaker universe.
Patrick recently spoke with ScreenRant about potentially continuing his role in the DC series after Season 2. He confirmed he hasn’t discussed any future plans with creator James Gunn, but he didn’t dismiss the idea either. He said, “We haven’t talked about it, but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen – you never know!”
Patrick recently shared that he found out he’d be back for Season 2 in a surprising way – he bumped into his co-star Steve Agee, who let him know. Patrick explained that he was completely unaware and asked how it could be true. He also expressed his approval of the show’s direction this season, describing it as a story of redemption.
I was so excited to hear Patrick talk about coming back for Season 2! I was really sad when Auggie Smith died in Season 1, so learning about the multiverse storyline and his return was amazing. He said it felt great to play Auggie again, especially getting to be part of the story where Chris Smith discovers this new dimensional portal and a whole new reality. It was awesome to hear him talk about how much he enjoyed it.
As of now, there are no confirmed plans for Peacemaker Season 3.
