According to industry insider Jeff Sneider, Amazon is quietly developing a fifth season of Reacher, even though it hasn’t been officially announced yet. He reported that Season 4 is still on track to premiere later this year, but Amazon hasn’t confirmed either season at this time.

With the fourth season of the show nearing its release, star Alan Ritchson has announced that he’s finished his work on post-production. In an Instagram post, Ritchson said he’s excited about the new season, calling it the most intense and well-executed one yet. He believes the team really found its rhythm and delivered a fantastic installment.

The actor who plays Reacher recently shared that Season 5 is expected in 2026. He told Collider that they’ve finished filming Season 4, calling it the best season so far, and that it will be released this year.

Season 4 of the show will be based on the novel Gone Tomorrow by Lee Child.
