As a huge James Bond fan, I was thrilled at the start of 2026! It was amazing when all the classic Bond films – even the one outside the official series, Never Say Never Again – became available on Netflix after a brief run on Pluto TV. It felt like a real surprise, considering Netflix is owned by Amazon and MGM owns the films. But sadly, things are about to take a turn for the worse. April is going to be a tough month for us fans because all 26 Bond movies are leaving Netflix on April 21st.
Yes, you read that right – all the James Bond films will be taken off Netflix in late April, even though they were added in January. While this is disappointing for fans, there’s still time to watch all 26 movies before they’re gone on April 21st – just under a month to enjoy the entire series!

It’s currently unknown where the James Bond films will be available after they’re removed from Netflix. No other streaming services have announced they’ll be adding them yet, but Prime Video or MGM+ seem like likely possibilities. It’s not unexpected that they’re leaving in April, as Netflix licenses for movies and shows usually last about three months, and these films arrived in January.
Overall, this is a positive sign that James Bond films could eventually be available on Netflix again. For now, we’ll have to wait and see where the franchise ends up streaming next.
