The latest update for ARC Raiders gives us a sneak peek at Stella Montis, the next area players will be able to explore.
Stella Montis is a completely different area than what we’ve seen so far – it’s a cold, snowy landscape! But we’ll need to work together in a new event before we can start exploring it.
What is this event all about, and what do we need to do to finish it and reach Stella Montis? Let’s get those questions answered.
How to Get To Stella Montis | ARC Raiders: North Line Update
Stella Montis is currently closed off. However, all players can unlock access to the region by participating in our new community event, Breaking New Ground, which is happening now.
To join the event, you need to finish at least 5 raids first. After you do, you’ll find the event on the top left of the Play menu when you’re in Speranza.
The event is straightforward: you can donate resources you collect during raids to help the community reach Stella Montis. Here’s a list of the materials you can contribute:
- Metal Parts
- Fabric
- Plastic Parts
- Rubber Parts
- Chemicals
You’ll receive Merits for donating materials. Each group of 5 materials you donate is worth 20 Merits. During this event, you can earn up to 900 Merits, which requires donating a total of 225 materials.
You can exchange the Merits you earn for rewards when this event finishes and the next stage, called ‘Staking Our Claim’, begins. We don’t yet know what those rewards will be, though.
The next part of the event will begin once the “Breaking New Ground” phase is fully completed. You can see how close it is to being finished in the bottom left corner of the event page.
Right now, the new region isn’t accessible yet. But, the recent North Line update lets all ARC Raiders players work together to unlock the Stella Montis map. Let’s hope the event finishes quickly so we can all start exploring it soon!
