“The Major’s Footlocker” is a quest you receive from Tian Wen in ARC Raiders.
Tian Wen needs your help locating a footlocker that once belonged to Major Aiva. Once you find it, retrieve the keepsakes inside and bring them back to Tian Wen to complete the task!

The Major’s Footlocker Quest Guide | ARC Raiders
To complete this quest, head to the Ruby Residence. You can find it on the Dam Battlegrounds map in the northwestern area, as indicated in the screenshot.
When you get to the Ruby Residence, simply take the stairs to the highest floor. Don’t go to the roof, just the floor right below it.
Once you reach the top floor, look for the container on top of a table. When you interact with it, a prompt will appear asking you to search for memorabilia. This will add the quest item, “Major Aiva’s Mementos,” to your inventory.
Just a heads-up: you’ll need at least one empty space in your inventory to receive the quest item. If it appears as a box floating above the container, simply clear a slot and pick it up.
If you’re having trouble lifting the box, try climbing onto the table. It might take a little effort, but you should be able to reach it from up there.
Once you’ve done that, all you need to do is get back to Speranza. Then, simply return Major Aiva’s Mementos to Tian Wen to finish the “The Major’s Footlocker” quest in ARC Raiders!
