Mike Pellerito, Editor-in-Chief at Archie Comics, explained that they’ve been wanting to expand the Archie universe and felt the timing was right with a compelling story. With summer being a popular time for Archie stories and the 2026 FIFA World Cup approaching, launching ‘Eternity Fields’ felt like a natural fit, especially with global excitement around soccer. He also praised Dan Parent and Tania del Rio for creating another fantastic new character for the Archie comics.
Archie’s American All-Stars #1 is due out on June 10th.
